Assisting patients with activities of daily living, provide excellent care and encouraging independence, provide quality, safe efficient care to the patients and their families. Transport them by wheel chair or stretcher for appointment . I enjoy the job because it is very rewarding, the hardest part of this job is watching the patients deteriorate, but you also have enjoyment in seeing them get better .

Little chance to better yourself, wages aren’t keeping with inflation rates, stressful workplace, employees are not disciplined when needed , always short staffed and expected to maintain high level of service without proper staff and equipment 

Nice and friendly environment with great employees. I learned about how noble job it is to help others to regain their health. However, it was stressful to see others suffer from mental or physical illness.

Great place to work ! Its deffinetly a place that everyone needs to work as a team... Patients are our number one concern ! I love how well they have went around my school schedule working with me..

Busy, fast paced unit, love the people I work with. All of them are so supportive and help with that transition from new graduate to RN role. Being able to be comfortable to ask questions to your colleagues is important and definitely not an issue here.

Professionals are great at educating students about policies and guidelines within the department.  Allow for personal and professional growth during the placement.

Very low maintenance job. Very relaxed. friendly coworkers for the most part. good benefits. Nice office/ control room with full kitchen and lockers in the back
