What is the best part of working at the company?
The guys you work with are all really close and great group of guys, foreman up to management are all very easy to talk to and will go out of their way to help. They are always doing something for the employees as well BBQs down to slush trucks that park onsite and your allowed as many as you like just a great company 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Keeping each job separate and straight for requirements 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is very easy going treat each other like family 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Weld as many inches as possible in the best way possible so there are no issues and I don’t have to revisit that piece

No job stability, poor management, favoritism, not valued as an individual, no or little chance to learn and grow, poor training, your voice or thoughts/ideas diminished or rejected without any consideration, people who think they are above others, back stabbing behind closed doors, overall very poor company and management ethics and processes, etc.

Management is completely oblivious to the day to day functions that are required to run an effective pipe shop. Management has no training to speak of and Wiley rely on their limited experience to lead trades people with more knowledge and experience. Shop manager is only in charge due to a lack in judgement of the owners. Small minded and very Unprofessional is the only way I know how to describe this management team.

Overall academy is good place to work. People will get along very well and management not too bad, but definitely can do better. All project at academy are rush jobs, which causes unwanted stress to the employees, due to lack of foresight from the projects dept. and management. 
Work life balance is not great unless if you set boundaries or belong to top management. Unpaid vacation and un paid sick days and unwillingness to give a salary raise is something that company has rethink to retain workers.

Nothing good to say about just avoid. I was a dedicated reliable labourer to security.all management from all departments are 2 faced and never hire indigenous people,make truck drivers wait hours without communication,paper work delayed multiple times.make issues asking to attend any funerals and call your phone knowing a member of friends or family very disrespectful 

So many fake people it is unbelievable. Most managers had no idea what they were doing, they would tell you to do something and when QC made you do it again managers would not take responsibility, overworked and underpaid. It’s who you know or who you related to that kept you working there not how good you are and how the quality of your work is. Only good thing is they will allow overtime sometimes. 
Mistreated and will never go back to that place

A typical day for me would be very busy,.
I learned that being able to multi-task is very beneficial.
Management is great.
The work culture is family orientated.
The hardest part of the job is juggling multiple jobs at once and keeping on top of it all while maintaining production.
The most enjoyable part of the job is being successful at juggling multiple jobs at once and keeping production up.

Typical day at work is very stressful as all projects that come through the door are rush projects with little to no heads up. Most jobs were poorly budgeted but expected to be executed perfectly. Always asking for overtime a day or two in advance. Four 10 days were very rare. High turnover and frequent layoffs. Would not recommend working for this company unless you are a yes man with no family responsibility.

They have a habit for not informing people that they're being hired for a temporary position and letting them go without warning as they transition between a completed job and the next bid.

Their HR guy also neglected to update my payroll information after showing him proof of completing a year of my apprenticeship and they laid me off without rectifying the 6 weeks of incorrect pay.

Worked there for years and saw so may accidents that never got investigated.
From the President all the way down to the foremen completely useless.
Workers are the ones keeping the doors open, you'll  never meet a better group of guys to work with.
Company will screw you over any chance they get when it comes to Holiday pay. e.g change your hours so they don't have to pay you stat holidays. 

my advise....DO NOT WORK THERE!
