I have never written a bad review but here i just had to. Iam writing this after almost a year. Don't recommend a office job there. Owners are interested more in your personal life than your work. They will talk to you in a very uneducated way. Nothing wrong with that but every human deserves to be treated with respect. The believe they made you huge favor giving you a job and that justifies that  they own you in a way. Some really good people working there but the management is really horrible. Really had amazing years with previous management. New CEO has no social skills and is a bully. Owners are hiding behind the management make them do their dirty work. Try to keep you at very low salary, while driving 100k cars. They will take advantage of your situation. Never ask for a raise you will be threatened to resign. Instead you have to work more for less. New environment is about spying and keep your own job. Constant bullying, fear and depression. Really glad I am not with this company anymore but I had to leave good friends behind. Many left before they new the new CEO or where let go. Whats the worst they tell other employees lies about you so no employee would talk to you anymore. Another ex-employee was bullied by owner called him to remove a his review. This is unbelievable.I believe what happens is for good reason and I am much happier at my new work. You will be NOT valued and no work life balance. Your happiness should matter. Please think 10 times before applying here.

Sometimes it was forced dispatch .When you are tired and 15 hours on job already without any breaks company push for 1 more load delivery. Sometimes working when working for CN , their dispatcher forgot to book a swamper and driver had to help unload 3000 boxes of ketchup on 53' container which had arrived as floor load but not on pallets. If you refuse to help they refuse the load and Walmart warehouse could charge the penalty of $2000 to carrier. Often company lie to you at that time that they will pay extra for hand bombing but later they never pay.

good steady miles. No Border delays. Very helpful dispatchers. Good people to work for. Same trailer and truck everyday.

I JOINED COMMPANY IN 2018 WITH ZERO EXPERIRNCE IN CANADA THIS COMPANY GAVE ME LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN MORE ABOUT TRUCKING.
MY FIRST HEAVY SNOW DAY WHILE LONG HOULING WAS HARD.
TRUCKING IS HARDEST. BUT WEATHER  MAKES THIS MORE COMPLICATED. WORKING WITH ACCORD MADE ME LEARN THESE KIND OF SITUATIONS.


Accord is one of the best companies in the trucking business. They motivate employees to work harder as it is needed for the work to be done. There is very little room for mistakes in the company. work oriented and hardworking company. People over there are very supportive and fun loving.

Pay rate is to low in todays world .they give good work to who can suck up to then .
You could the best driver with the most experience but good work is handed to only to who suck up to them 

great team in dispatch  office,  working closely with customer service on all aspects to keep freight moving .  

communication is key   and this is a constant  between  two departments .

monthly celebrations bring lots of smiles

If you work at Accord you will be expected to be on call 24/7 with no To little compensation. You will be told your decisions are wrong and the owners will make agreements with the drivers. They play favourites and owe favours to the drivers.

Still paying 22 dollars an hour with out benefits and 1 cheque a month,this company has more interests In your personal life, they will always interfere in your personal life, this co.is run by 1 person rest all are puppets.

Accord transportation is a great company safely system is in a good hands they know what they are doing they’re in the market from longtime and they’ve good reputation
