Projects are bid late, employees are always playing catch up and then made to feel guilty for not wanting to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you don’t say no they have no issue taking advantage where they can. Things aren’t provided that employees need to get the job done, so consequently you end up using or buying a lot of your own things. Law in Manitoba dictates that you are only paid overtime after ten hours, but companies can choose how they handle that. I feel like they are constantly trying to offer the bare minimum. Are always made to feel like you are replaceable, which scares people into giving more than they should or can.

this is the worst company to work for i worked for them for 7 months running an excavator in the pits and i got  covid 19 and i was off for 10 days when i got back to work my position was filled they put another guy on the excvator who is a drug addict and thief and i had no position to work, i basically had to quit my job because my position filled and they wouldnt do anything for me I would not recommend working for this company you will not grow with this company they don’t appreciate anything you do and all their equipment has high hours and breaks down and any parts on the machine that was worn out before you started running it , they blame it on you Stay away from this company !!! you have been warned 

Company safety standard ar very high, excellent workers and operators, owners are excellent if they like you. 21 on 7 off is over rated.12-15 hours a day, time off is not always as said, making off time plans and appointments is always compromised due to this, and if you ask for day off for Dr. appointment, it is like pulling teeth, the work is more important than your well being. You probably end up doing the job of two people, with the promise of a hire to fill that second position but if you can make it work it will not happen and no extra compensation for this. This job would be suited for a single person with no life.

Best part is when the work day is over.

Poor communication. Expected to be a mind reader. No safety what so ever. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. Formans talk bad about everyone behind there backs. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Expected to work full out all day every day. It’s never enough.

I definitely enjoyed working at accurate hd the pay was great the staff and management were awesome they would always ask how you were doing and if you needed anything.....co-workers were great....I can honestly say I looked forward to going to work every morning 

Management is knowledgeable and has field experience to run the job probably. The company is willing to train and offering multiple positions for employees who want to be drillers or locators. Offering out-of-town work for those who would like to earn more money. Great place for youth to start working.

Heavy alcoholic vibes, wouldn’t recommend

great place to learn and grow. they give opportunities to advance. lots of chances to work lots of hours if you ask for it. they give a great living allowance and there is lots of work for someone who wants to work.

Was a positive experience with a focus on safety. Their safety team is top notch with providing support and education to employees who are new. Management is consistent and conscious of workers efforts and reward them accordingly.

With every company there are things one wont like. Family owned company good pay. A growing well rounded company you wont know what its like until you try, so take these comments with a grain of salt. Most reviews are done by disgruntled employees.
