In my five months working at Achusnet I learned the process of how to design certain images onto golf balls. I also was able to expand my knowledge on colors and how to mix them to get a desired color. The management at Acushnet was unorganzied, my supervisor had no idea what was going on and I would often have to rely on the line leader, who was also head of quality control, for help and information.

The overall atmosphere is easy going. Staff is friendly. Some are not easy to please. Long days when they get into busy time. Almost 10 hour days. Hard on the feet if you can't sit.

Great place to work if you enjoy golf and especially for the #1 golf ball and shoes in the market. Great work environment where making friends is easy and also long lasting.

smart business for a full-time employee, anyone who's not will have no opportunity to grow and they will undercut you for the skill required to operate the machine.

job require a bit of dexterity, always offer overtime to those who are good at their job. Since majority of their staff are from agency the pay is too low for the job skill require.

I had a great team to work with & management was very understanding and supportive! I learned how to do many tasks outside of my job description that grew me as an individual!

Working here is great and I learned to pay attention to details and also learned about the culture of Acushnet. Though it was difficult at first, but I got used to it later on.

Working in the golf business on the wholesale side was very enjoyable. I was basically my own boss day to day with my sales manager available when I needed him.

Staff is great to work with. Management is available for help when needed. Busy during peak times, quiet yet fun place to work. Thimbs up to floor managers making it a great place to work.
