 This company claim to provide a first class service for people with mental health issues and addictions.. Amazingly the staff on the whole are experienced,dedicated and honest. However the the management is corrupt. unprofessional, unqualified and dishonest This company needs some serious investigation and removal from the care industry, The evidence is all over the internet there is truly a failure in the judiciary because despite several convictions for fraudulent activities they have still managed to carry on in business, Don;t take my word for it check out staff and clients comments about this company. 

I thoroughly enjoy working for this company. The staff are amazing, they are all passionate about what they do and you can see that through their passionate work. It's a true team. Management is amazing always fights for what is right by the employees and the clients. I love the opportunities that are available through the private treatment sector. I have learned so much working for this company, and was lucky enough to learn from the best. I am excited coming into work it never feels like a chore because the work environment is everything I could ask for.

I've worked for the company for sometime now. I would have to say the team/staff are far beyond amazing and genuinely care and give it their all. They give support, guidance and knowledge to each person to be the best version of themselves as possible.

Staff are sympathetic and truly care for each and every client that enters the center. I have not encountered any negativity working with this company and hope that I continue to contribute for years to come.

The company will deceived you with good offer but later on when they owe your more than a thousand pay, they will give you a lot of excuses and  you'll end up not getting any penny. Worst employer and unprofessional. Employees come and go because they don't pay them.,they always have new employees because they take advantage of new people working for free.

I've been treated with respect. Paid regularly. I really like the open door policy of supervision.  Great and flexible working hours.  Find the workplace cultural dynamic and supportive.

They don't pay you, keep on lying about one reason or the other, totally nonprofessional attitude with everything. At the interview they try to be extra good, however it's your salary that you are working for. If you want to work for free go for it

My last week was volunteer, unbeknownst to me, along with a huge amount of other employees, past and present. They hire whoever will work, pretend it didn’t happen, until it happens again. I don’t know of anyone who ever left there with their last paycheck, many having lost far more.

If you want to work for free then work here. They dont pay . They mistreat the clients. Management calls the clients junkie. The clients are often left without food and drinking water . I feel soo sorry for clients 😥. The owner is also a racist !!!

Took over a month to get paid.  Terrible living conditions at their retreat.  Management was a joke.  The workplace was so brutal that they were shutdown by the government.  No employees got their last paycheck either.

No job security or benifits no support below average pay. They dont pay overtime as required. They pay late and always mess up on the pay. The owner promises clients a lot of things that are not true.
