I worked at Adfast, and overall my experience was mixed. A typical day at work involved handling assigned tasks, coordinating with team members, and trying to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Through this job, I learned how to manage my time better, adapt to changing priorities, and improve my communication skills.

In terms of management, I found that the CEO was supportive and had a clear vision for the company. However, there were challenges with the way day-to-day work was managed. Communication and organization at the supervisory level could be improved, which sometimes made tasks more difficult than necessary.

The workplace culture was generally professional, but it could become stressful due to unclear direction and coordination issues. The hardest part of the job was dealing with mismanagement and lack of clear guidance, which occasionally led to confusion and inefficiency.

On the positive side, the most enjoyable part of the job was collaborating with colleagues and gaining valuable work experience. Overall, it was a place where I was able to learn important skills, even though there were areas that could benefit from better management practices.

The work life balance in Adfast is great. You will learn a lot of things from your Boss, and colleagues, who is by the way always willing to help. especially in time of emergency. Everyone is very knowledgeable and understanding. I love working in Adfast and I'm very grateful for the things I have learned especially thru my mentors.

Dynamic company but top managment controls your time, schedule, your car millage, basically everything through a track device and salesforce calendar. If you can live with this, so you can fit in. 

ive worked for adfast 2years , and during those time i havent had anything bad to say about it, pay is decent  and the people i worked with are amazing , management always tends to what you need 

- good family work environment 
- constant changes by direction 
- Stressfull tasks and everything needs to be done quickly
