If you're willing to work hard and get your work done, this is a great place and you will grow quickly in your career and compensation. You can't slack and get by here doing the bare minimum. If you need support and additional resources on your team to meet objectives, the owners will listen and give you the help you need as long as you can show the need is valid. They don't just hire bodies for the sake of it, which I can respect.

great company, great culture, and lots of supportive team spirit and management. This is an ideal company if you appreciate being part of a family and working with a team of people who are committed to doing a great job, I have been working here under one year and every day I enjoyed being part of this organization.

Adi is a rapidly growing organization who truly values the development and well-being of their employees. The culture allows for open door discussions and friendly hallway chats, which provides employees the motivation they need to be productive. Additional perks over and above industry standard are offered to EVERY employee who walks through the door.

Adi wants to be world class but refuses to listen to the talent they hire. Not many make it to one year service. If you like to be treated like a child and talked down to by the ownership, this is the place to be. 

Adi Deveopment Group has a good workplace culture and collaborative environment. I receive a lot of beneficial feedback as an intern that has helped my professional growth and development. The management team is very attentive and present in day-to-day activities. 

Toxic work culture. Lots of micro management, no work life balance. Very disorganized processes. Poor quality homes. Lots of turnover leading to under staffed projects 

Very toxic work environment, high turn over, disrespectful to employee, they expect you to work 24/7 and have to work/life balance, no pay increases or bonus

Cut throat environment, highly unprofessional, the owners are good humans but do not seem to know what happens on the ground with the people they have in leadership positions who take advantage of you and hang you out to dry
