SHAM office is located in Damascus, Syria.
hired me when I was a student in university, and I continued working there after graduation.
the head Engineer have a PhD in architecture and taught in university of Damascus.
the office operated in Damascus and several cities in middle east like Dubai and Doha.
We construct many kind of buildings like a bank, residential apartments and houses, and hotels.

This place has racism and nationalism. If you are Arab and especially Egyptian, you can get a better position after 2 months. If you are Arab you can enjoy your job but if you are from another nationality you're in trouble.

Very average.

There are sadly no growth opportunities in the company unless you live in Montreal.

Head office doesn't listen to new ideas.

The benefits are very tone deaf, if you live in Toronto you must be paid less than Montreal even though, Toronto is more expensive than Montreal.

Normal day: Clock in, organize shelves and cooler, take out stock and make orders/speak to sale representatives 

Learned how to deal with different types of customers.

Many people of the same ethnicity, helped connect more.

as a assistant manager every day dealing with clint and managing more than 14 person to fill up fridg on time and solving dayly problem with team member participating in weekly meeting with the director nad so on

Productive work place, with cooperative team you have a very experience manager but the salary is very low comparing with the cost of living, no more variety for the positions so its only AP AR or pricing

a good company for beginners who are looking to build a new experience in Canada.
They hire everybody who can speak any language.

its a good company if you just came to the country in montreal, have been working there for how many months and i got a good experience, and got leanred alot of stuff

Hectic workplace especially during weekends. Pay minimum. A lot of culture discrimination at work. No chance to earn a higher position. It’s not bad as a first part-time job.
