I had a small employment with many assurances with this company, upon starting with them they seemed fair but the drama and in fighting between the managers with each other spilled over into at work yelling matches and threats to each other. Not only was it uncomfortable but after I worked there and thought things were going well I was laid off as there was a shortage of work. It was not a professional place at all and I would like you all to steer very clear of this place as you will not learn much aside from 1 person there. The rest are not professional, they do not know how to conduct themselves in a professional way. You will be much happier throwing a resume at a different company than this one. They promise a high wage to solve problems they created only to fire you after the problems are fixed. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place. 

In my Career I have  had  and shared long time experiences with other Companies seen Good and Bad from All sides of the tracks. one thing is for sure you will not be disappointed working for Adria, Some reviews I have read, there was a reason they left bad remarks. bottom line is that at Adria Electric they care, your not a number to them you are a family. they Want to see us Succeed , they want to Mentor us,   and they want to provide a top notch service with no short cuts like most of the competitors out there, they will push us but it makes us stronger and their management team completely 100 percent supports the workers and the projects that in itself goes along way.  I made a change a few years back to Join the Family . and I personally wish i did it a long time agao , these people are great. The Life and work Balance, the Pay. I Couldnt be Happier.  

This company is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Management is not supportive at all. There are too many managers, and each one gives different instructions. It creates big confusion and stress every day.

The work environment is very bad. People do not feel safe to speak up. There is no real teamwork, only pressure and control. Instead of helping, managers blame employees for problems.

You will not grow here. You will only feel tired, unappreciated, and used like a tool. Please, save yourself the pain and stay far away from this company.

Working at Adria was one of the worst experiences of my career. The management is terrible, extremely cheap, and never supportive of employees. They do not care about their workers at all, whether you are a journeyman, apprentice, or foreman. Many times they treat employees with disrespect and create a very toxic environment. There is no appreciation, no support, and no professionalism. I strongly do not recommend anyone to join this company in any position.

In general, the company was a pleasure to work for.
Arriving at work, I was assigned a task with or without an apprentice and was allways thrilled that I was able to do anything they asked of me, as I am qualified for all electrical work.
The hardest part is knowing I was hired to assist in finishing the project only to be laid off in the end as low man on the totem pole.
I always enjoy good working relationships with my fellow electricians and other trades.

This company was a very disappointing experience. The management is weak and not supportive at all. There is no real backing for employees and everything seems to be about their own profit. Managers are often in conflict with each other which makes the workplace very stressful. They make promises that never come true. Honestly, it is not a healthy or professional place to work.

Good people.  Good pay . Good work.

A note to indeed.  I have talen the time to fill out a review gave star ratings on everything and answered  all the questions. It is painful  that this section has a minimum  amount of characters  required, if have nothing to add to the comprehensive review I have complete.

When I got bored after months of rough-in I asked to transfer to a different task onsite and with no problem started helping out the Fire Alarm guys 

A good culture of people who will rehire you after layoff when they can. 

They also paid for two years of my apprenticeship school costs!

i am happy that i got to work this company they taught me many tricks of the trade and made me want to learn more. the work crew was great and always gave help if i needed it

Over all, not a bad electrical contracting company.  They have their faults and challenges like any other company.  I was laid off due to lack of work, but that happens in construction.  They treated me fair.
