To be very honest, the company is of low morals and provides very little to their staff. This company is a Mom & Pop operation and they consistently underpay the staff. Having a contract means absolutely nothing to them and they prefer to push the button on employees and suppliers. Low,Poor Moral, Awful Owners, No management skills. A typical day at work is going out and making calls. I learned that a contract wasnt worth the paper it was written on. Management was very Micro Management oriented. They didnt trust people who worked for them. It was a revolving door. Currently of a staff of 8 excluding the 2 owners employees leave weekly. This is definitely not a enjoyable place to work, Most people that work there hate coming in on weekday mornings. Stay away! They dock your salary for going to a meager Xmas Party. I am currently working there, because I am trying to get commissions due since Jan 2012. Now July 2012.

I was there for 4 months, was promised certain wage at time of hire but received 4 $ less.When i confronted them pay rate they gave me excuses.Did not receive my benefits after 3 months, no information was given to me at start of job.No paper work was given to me regarding union.Union dues were taken first day started but yet i was not registered in union. Would not recommend working here. A poor rating for this company.My mistake was i assumed the company was taking care of union information and benefits,as my layoff was due to me not being in union, which i lost almost 1000 $ to union that i was not even in.

Terrible company to work for. Site management has no regard for their worker's safety, they just want the work done. Office Management is even worse, it is family run so only family has room for advancement. Their payroll system is non existent, you might get paid every Friday, or you'll have to wait. You'll never know. And forget about checking your pay stub to see if the pay is even correct, you'll get your pay stub the week after you've already been paid.

Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. Management in the office is not on the same page as the management in the field. The field supervisors have very little knowledge on how to actually manage a project. Equipment was of high quality but broke down frequently resulting in a lot of rework. Paycheques were always wrong...every week!

The management was probably the most personable and supportive i have worked with. They took a genuine opportunity to know their employees and genuinely cared about all of them even though work was under significant client pressure they never did anything to mistreat their employees.

when i was here, i was learning about different blasting media, and a few different coatings. the job was too close to residential areas, so all the coating was with brush and rollers

Every team I was sent to work with were a great group of coworkers. They provide help when it is needed. Also they are there for one another correcting wrongs or showing approval of work. For the most part the leads are lenient as long as efficient work ethics are shown. Everyone got along.

Overall well run company, high wages and a decent overall work environment.

Labor intensive but to be expected from the job title
