Management is involved, but at arms length.  You are given the freedom to operate how you see fit.  Culture is warm and welcoming.  There is lots of opportunity for company-paid education if you are interested.

Overall the company is full of great people that have spent the majority of their career with Advance.

•	Worked as welder/ fitter for Advance Engineered Products manufactures bulk tank trailers and vacuum truck equipment. aluminum metal  and using GMAW AND GTAW welding process 
•	Plasma Cuttings  and   gas cutting process Used all jigs and temples

The boss Mark is very slow and never gets anything done. He has very POOR mangment skills and drinks on the job. He is rarely ever at work and never gives anyone there reviews or anything. The co-workers there are awesome. very helpful and takes matters into there own hands. very friendly people.

Enjoyed working there. Good working conditions and good pay for the work you did. Wasn't more stressful then then other production companies. Had good management

8 hour days ,10 hour nights , fit& assembly ,fabricate specialty parts for the tank trailer industry ,helpful management& staff ,lifting & cutting many different kinds of metal , working with a wide range of people

Not a bad place to work, you will learn quite a bit on how a vac tank / fuel hauler is put together. Guys on the floor are always there to help as are some management to help through tough times. open door policy.

They got welders doing mechanic job, very hot parts room, hostile work environment especially whe. You bring up concerns, employees pretty much run shop and management lets it happen

I enjoyed my years at Advance Engineered Products. Learned many new computer programs and payables and receivables as well as made many new and wonderful friends.  Enjoyed my 15 years immensely

It was a good work environment with good employees and good work hours. shfit work was easy to work around and the benefits and rrsp's were a bonus!
