This company provided excellent workplace training, the Quality Assurance Managers were always there to assist and help with any questions.  The company had a social club, where activities were planned one every month, participation was voluntary.  Fun activities such as bowling were available for team bonding and getting to know the other employees.
Blue Cross health benefits were great.
Gas cards were uploaded and renewed every month.
All necessary equipment for the job was provided.
Appointments were scheduled, and work telephones were provided, all costs were covered.
I really enjoyed working for this company.

It’s a high stress work environment and it’s painfully obvious that some employees and roles are favoured over others. Subcontractors are treated as though they can be easily replaced.

This is not the place to work if you are looking for a company to grow in. New ideas are met with hostility and employees are pigeonholed into their roles. You’ll be forced to take on more, even if you are not comfortable with it. Everybody looks out for themselves but will also poke their nose into everybody else’s work to micro manage. Management will tell you that they care about your well being, but they mostly just care about the company’s bottom line. If you leave, everyone will talk badly about you after you’re gone.

Over work you, do not pay, do not train, treat you like complete garbage. They will claim overtime worked will be given back in time yet when you have an appointment they take it off sick days or vacation. Horrible environment, pay, hours, bad place to work. The only good part is the warehouse guy and their sub contractors. Even the staff is like dealing with school yard bullies. Worst place to work ever. They promise fairness but they take and never give back.
If you decide to work here, be prepared for over work and no compensation , terrible pay and micro managing.

You get paid a small amount to do a site measure with a bonus if the customer agrees to the job and pays you. However the salespeople in the store often tell customers the wrong info making it impossible to get the sale. Management will do nothing because you are worthless to them and they bend over for the store. Also you will get so few measures to do that its more of a pain than a job.

Fast paced environment that is always changing. Great place to develop your skills and help the company grow while you grow with it! Great management team - supportive structure. Company is spread out through Western Canada - but still maintains a family atmosphere.

Many long-term employees.   Good career opportunities.  The company has grown a lot, and likes to promote from within.  The company values supporting charities like Opportunity International.  Overall fun place.

Over work you until you burn out with the least amount possible for salary. They talk alot about family oriented but when it is time for review and raises they drag their feet and give you nothing.

It was a great team to work for, but work expectations do not match rate of pay. Unpaid overtime was expected to 'get the job done' and time back wasn't always honored. Management tends to play favorites.
