The working environment is terrible, 50 or 60 workers work at a small warehouse without an air conditioner. Proper PPE is lacked, you have to tolerance humidity and dusty workplace. The supervisor is simply staying at the company long enough and tolerating an extremely low salary, obviously, they don't have the leadership skills. Don't go there, never and ever, you can get neither money nor useful experience. By the way, they take money from international students to help them immigrate. How IRONIC it is, you have to pay them to work there.

The company provides a great work environment and opportunities to grow. It's a very fast pace workplace and you have to be able to think quick on your feet. Also, it's a good place you can gain various experience and have chance to group up very quickly.

Learnt a lot of knowledge about computer structure and function. 
Poorly management without employees' handbook and rules. The hardest part of the job is to understand the products' types and finish the daily working index.

I enjoy working with many fun people here in our company, and we are a very productive team. I learnt a lot from our daily working experience.

If you don't have any experience about computer,  this is a good place, because they will give you a full training to understand the computer hardware and software.  During this pandemic period,  they provide face mask,  hand sanitizer,  and temperature check.  

Overall the job mostly had no issues except for loudness in a warehouse with a lot of machines and cleaning can take a long time. Health concerns from primarily spray painting for 8 hours cause small sickness overtime even with face mask equipment.

The company offers the good work environment and welfare, and a fine opportunity to be promoted. In addition, harmonious interpersonal relationship are better to pay my personal capacity. The overall working conditions are good, the income stable provides promptly. I'm happy to work here.

The employees are very helpful and will help out when you have questions and need help. I had a very good time working here.During COVID-19 period, the employer did great to take care of our employees, including salary increase, prepare masks and hand sanitizer for us and our families. I strongly recommend AST.

Challenging position, I learned a lot through this job，But this work also needs to communicate with domestic suppliers after taking off work, taking up some personal time
