This job is suitable for those who like to work alone (or in pairs, but my partner and I rarely work together, since we work where it is closer to the store, only when it is difficult we help each other) The stores assigned to us have good managers, so they are easy to work with (yes, there are other cases when the manager is picky about everything, even if the store provided the wrong planogram and it is their fault)
The downside is that the hours are 0-25 (but someone has more stores so there may be more hours). I would also like a higher salary. But if you have a second job where they can give you more hours when there is less work here, then it is easy to combine.
But overall, the job is not bad if you are used to physical labor (after working in an office, it was hard for me at first, but now I am used to being on my feet all day)

If you like promises of annual pay increases, COLA, competitive vehicle reimbursement, work autonomy, a solid bonus structure, supportive management, this NOT the place  to work. Get everything in writing otherwise when you remind them of their promises, they will ask you to prove it in writing on your contract. 

Colleagues are great because everyone is in the same boat. 

Client dictates everything, staff safe expendable. 

This is a great place to work at first, but your pay will stay the same forever. Asking for a raise comes with retribution so don’t bother. Just move on when you’re done here.

I was doing well in my job, but a manager who had only seen me only once before: the first day of my shift hurriedly walked up to me and first told me 3 months later "I don't want you" right after I punched in. The Staples manager fired me despite bringing in over $1000 worth. He lied and said I "disparaged printers" The Advantage Solutions manager never even called me despite a promise and was never around that day to call. HR was unresponsive when I called them up later. It is what it is and this happened in 2018.

For the hourly pay rate this is a good part time job.  You will rarely receive pay increases once you start.  If you are a people person this job is fantastic and you make non-complex samples 90% of the time.  You work independantly with phone support.  You are tracked by GPS on the company's app when you clock in and out for your scheduled shift.  The GPS shouldnt be an issue for honest employees.  Its an easy part time job with an acceptable starting hourly rate and you get to work independantly.

Inadequate training. Absolutely no one knows what they are doing after. Didn't get trained to do many tasks. They only want 1 person to work a reline for the company, little do they know it tires the workers and takes them 10 hours or more to do a teamwork job. And if you work too long, you only get paid half the hours you worked that day. 

Payroll still didn't pay me for the missing hours worked.

They say you can create your own schedule, at the last minute they take the shift off. 

Work here only if you want to be used by the company and want to work free.

Incomplete training. In-store managers hates how you do the exact same way you were taught in training.  Sometimes go to store without the proper planograms sent to your email. Expects shift to be finished in "4.5 hours" but it takes people 10 hours to do it, and  they won't count the long hours in your paycheque! They will not pay for all your hours that you put in! They already know these are unrealistic deadlines, so they try to pay you half for them to save money.

They were flexible regarding the hours I worked. I chose my schedule

I couldn’t tell how long the task I was working on would take and that made planning the rest of my life difficult

Go to work, complete tasks, clean up, document and leave

This is a great flexible job. Management does not     provide any support or return emails regarding questions, daily tasks etc. There is no way to communicate this to the company as they do not do the typical reviews from employees to seek opinions on improving efficacy in the workplace. It is nice however to be on your own working independently if that is something you enjoy.  Just lots of ambiguous tasks and poor communication. Low employee engagement, no perks or appreciation from higher up. 


I was district manager , I could see everything what they did dirty job for poor girls working hard to bring the profit which was never enough. No respect , for hard working staff, didn’t pay the hours worked , it is misleading, horrible, I have to live fast after 2 years , I couldn’t take anymore the ignorant attitude. From HO , they change 
staff a like shoes , it is up to individuals if they want to try 
and have their own experience .

Flexible hours !! Very nice one to have as a second income ir if you are a student

I did not find anything stressful.

Very supportive .Stat holidays pay even if  for blockout  weeks

7-10 hours shift ,shelf maintenance,working with planograms according requests
