There is no such thing as a typical day at Aerosports,  each and every day would bring some kind of unexpected surprise. sometimes in a good way sometimes in a bad way...

The staff at Aerosports really do what they can to help each other out,  sometimes its the only defense against an unwarranted attack from a Jumpers parent whos mad because their child was hit by a dodgeball....

The hardest part of the job, is the parents.  The Children just want to have fun, while the parents have expectations on what that fun should be... They will say their child has not gotten a turn, or no one is sharing the dodgeballs with them...  but when you look at the children they are having a great time just bouncing and play around.

The best part of this job is when you get to make a child's visit extra special. Anytime a staff member would notice an upset child they would go out of their way to talk to them,  play with them, and see what they could do to make their visit that much better,  We've seen Dance off's with customers and staff.   Best trick competitions, and all kinds of fun being had.

I cannot fathom a worse workplace than aerosports. Management is extremely unprofessional. During my time there I was victim to a multitude of inappropriate behaviour and advancements from management, and when I reported it, I was blamed and punished. People with injuries (especially ones that occured while working there) were forced to preform tasks that they were incapable of completing. Supervisors would blame workers for any inconvenience that the park faced, and punish court monitors based off of their own personal relationships. If you're looking for an unprofessional, harassment ridden, abusive employer, then aerosports is for you. If not, please stay far, far away.

Just watching kids, putting harnesses on etc. . You're made to clean at night, dealing with angry parents, and you don't get many hours(it goes up the longer you work though). Like barely any some weeks. It's definitely not the cleanest place either. Gets repetitive and boring very quickly. Minimum wage starting out too. It's not the hardest job to get. You don't deal with management much. You clock in and out with your fingerprints(weird). There's left over food sometimes which is nice. If you're a teen and you can't get a job, go for this. Just ask for roles and you'll be good getting your way up.

for any student this is a amazing job. especially as a party host you will have the opportunity to learn a lot and make gratuities as well. the only negative is the management, they need to do better to ensure that chaos is not occurring constantly and wasting employees time. they don’t care if you have a 3 hour break between your shifts and you live far you must clock out between the shifts. there is also absolutely zero communication between management and workers so everyone’s going by different policies because there is no communication when something is changed.

Management is never on the same page, excessive amount of drama (which the managers are apart of), but it can be fun talking to/making friends. however, you aren't really allowed to be talking to them and the job itself is boring. you're standing in one place for thirty minutes, alone, strictly no phones or books etc allowed, and repeat. all these reviews are right, wish I would’ve listened. since the hygiene is all managed by children, it’s gross too.

customers don’t listen to the rules. employees don’t follow their job description (leaving courts without notice). bathroom are never cleaned. management change was the worst decision possible. dynamic changed. management doesn’t know how to answer questions, picks favourites, or manage the park/staff in general. owners are obnoxious and act as if they own you rather than you being a human being. there’s better places out there to work, try those instead. 

everyone hates their job and clearly shows it.  Have to clean disgusting washrooms (could imagine how dirty it gets when there are many childrens parties every hour and only a few washrooms) many times a day.  some of the management were half as serious about the job as anyone else.  this job was literally the typical student summer job seen on tv.  also I barely got any hours.

this is a great place to work if you're a young adult as there are many people to become friends with. But that is basically it with the pros about this job. It is a fun job the first couple months but when you want to advance to new positions there is no support and you practically have to beg to do anything different. 

Worst management ever!
They let personal things effect how they treat the staff.
Would pick favorites and made it VERY obvious.
Double standards are a big issue. 
punished for little mistakes (ect. forgot to take 1 garbage out, missed a few crumbs on the floor)

You do not get enough hours here. Also the work place environment is not professional and certain management sucked. Pros are you make a couple great friends. Party hosts also get tips which can be more than what you make in that shift. Otherwise i’d prefer working somewhere else
