Aesus Packaging System inc.

From an outsider point of view, Aesus Packaging looks like a great company. The employees are professional and efficient, the products and even the plant look amazing. But from an office employee standpoint, though, this company is a can of worms and loses it's charms rapidly. The main problem is at the very top of the management: there is a serious lack of respect for the employees, and a disconnect towards the difficulties that happen on the floor: the company is being mis-managed due to a lack of constant employee consultation done in a respectfull manner. For the employees, it's basically a one way discussion with some individuals at the top that have an inherent unjustified superiority complex. Therefore, you have waves of people quitting, others being fired for no justifiable reason, some overworked to the point of doing anxiety crisis, and doing between 45-55 hours per week, some crucial departments lacking competent personnel and some people being unfairly blamed for the mishaps it generates. To top it off, a general lack of support and understanding towards the employees, which creates an environment fruitfull for blaming, back-stabbing, and wrongfull accusations. Therefore, apply, get some experience, but make sure to have an constant exit strategy at the ready.

Nice building, nice company, good product. 
It is being renovated and it looks good.  Very clean facility, especially in the production.  It makes it fun (and safe) to work in that kind of environment.

I have a family and I find that the schedule is perfect. They have flexible hours and summer hours as well....so I can have my Friday afternoon off. It's a very friendly environment, everyone works well together, my colleagues are awesome and I have a good relation with my supervisor (in general, all supervisors are nice and comprehensive, which is great).  

I am currently working at Aesus and you can see that I have a lot of positive things to say about the company. I thought it was important to mention them because one of the comments that was posted doesn't represent Aesus at all.  Like every company, Aesus needs to work on a few things to improve but in general, it's a nice place to work and learn!

Of all the job offers I had, I am so glad that I ultimately chose Aesus! From the start, this company has had such a welcoming team & atmosphere. I feel that I am appreciated not only for my work but for who I am and feel the sense of belonging that you'd hope for. It also doesn't hurt that it has a beautiful office space and great perks! 

In my specific role, I appreciate the clarity of my responsibilities but also the opportunities to be innovative. On a spectrum from bored to stressed, I feel it is the perfect level of challenge. I am energized by the work I get to do and look forward to going to work each day! I feel very supported in my learning & encouraged daily by my team. I appreciate the flexibility and patience of my manager but also his constructive feedback to help me better understand my role and grow my skills. 

I would strongly recommend Aesus and feel very greatful to be a part of this company. 


It is a fast paced environment,  but it allows you to grow and challenges you.  There are times it can be stressful but they appreciate hard work.  They value their employees.

The shop is very clean and the managers are mostly nice to deal with.  I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to work hard and is looking for a challenge.  The more you give the more you learn.  

The company is growing and it is fun to be part of it.

My Job was exciting, good opportunity to travel, meet people and solve problems many very skilled individuals, the service department really shined. Very organized company. I enjoyed my time there.   

Nice people and environment, the place have very friendly people and a great work and life balance. They even offer you to leave work earlier on Fridays if you have completed enough hours during the week. 

Relaxed environment that encourages learning. Salary may be the most competitive, but a great start for any machinist. Jobs ranging from simple to fourth decimal tolerances. Friendly atmosphere.

No respect for safety standards bad pay for a machinist the machines are not properly maintained and the supervisor is a control freak..........................

Management and co workers are awesome. Provided upskill trainings to improve skills and learn new ones, challenging and very interesting projects Great company overall.

The facility was not very clean. The managers lacked job knowledge and the machine shop was a dangerous environment a lot of safety violation, machine collisions were commonplace.
