Since I was then the lead estimator of the proposal, I was allowed by the project team of SNC-Lavalin consulting to speak about the budgetary bids of the project, how it was conditioned, the SNC_lavalin consulting relationship with the design provider (CANSOLV) including their estimated fee, Engineering services and risk adder during EPC execution..

I was also asked to explain in detail the scope work during the tender stage and the budget for cold commissioning.

The project was awarded 8 years ago and the basis of estimate documents supporting all the costs are still being maintained by the SNC-Lavalin Project team support. I have learned that before the meeting I need to speak honestly about issues of scope and external pressures during the bid stage to different staff people with different experience and cultures. This prep would require long hours of work to revisiting the proposal documents that were submitted to the client prior to contract award.

The pay is very low, slave labour jobs and your just a number to them not a person or employee.

They have very High turnover rate for the jobs they advertise because of poor working conditions, poor jobs and very low pay $11 a hour . Meanwhile the person working next to you is making over $20 a hour doing the same work but hired by the actual factory and not talentcor.

Co workers you have are people off the street, some are rude, ignorant and some are ok.

The talentcor management at Tillsonburg and employees are very ignorant, rude, don't care about you if you have a problem in the factory. They only care about getting people hired as fast as they can so they get their money!

My final Opinion is DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY JOBS AT TILLSONBURG TALENTCOR! PERIOD!

STAY AWAY AND FIND A JOB AT WALMART OR MCDONALDS because you will be treated much better and with more care then this awful company.

Also I think temp agency should be illegal because they slave you for very low wage! Don't pay you what the job is really worth and i forgot they don't pay you for your overtime.

Lucas works was very helpful in getting me at my job (TRQSS) and they were very quick to answer emails or phone calls and were very friendly. Although, when a company is getting paid an hourly rate of your hard earned money to just do those things it isn't enough. Contracts through my company were expected around the year mark and when asked by Lucas works employees what was taking so long as it had been over a year that we were there we received no answer. The team at Lucas works is out for your money but not to be your advocate. Speaking specifically of TRQSS temps there have been temp agencies that pulled away for the reason that the temps were treated unfairly and not given the right opportunities but Lucas Works doesn't seem to care about that. This has been a very discouraging process and many people have quit and gone elsewhere where this company was not involved.

I worked in an automotive assembly plant, with plastic parts for all kinds of makes and models. I was at a lot of different stations working with different machines and parts every day. It was easy work once they showed you what to do. I worked from May to August and it was hot in the factory (as most of them are). We got no extra 5 minute breaks but we could have water at our stations. The pay was okay and the people were nice, but the hour plus it took to get to and from work killed it. The factory was on the outskirts of the city and no factories are close to me, so taking the bus super early to be there for 630am is kind of a con for sure. If there was any temp agency factories around my house (West Windsor) that are accepting labourers, I would do it in a heartbeat. But unfortunately it looks like they are all an hour + bus ride a way from me, which is a big hurdle in my job search.

So, I’ve teamed up with Agilius to help me find a job. Upon interview, I was told that this client didn’t want much information out about them. So honestly I had absolutely no clue as to what I was getting to. Only what I thought it would be when I applied for the job. Had I gotten the opportunity to thoroughly research the company before the interview with them I would’ve never gone with them.  It was pretty toxic for me as the company did not have a good plan for training. It affected my mental health and I needed to leave. When speaking to the representative about the situation, I felt like she didn’t care about it and just told me when I go for another job I’d have to think about why I left this job. Which I completely understand. Since I left the job, the representative has never responded to my email and I guess it’s safe to say Agilius has left me in the dirt. Thank you anyway. I’m sure I’ll be able to succeed without you. Happy new year

Talentcor is a great placement agency to work for! I was looking for a one year contract in the service of multifunction printers and they met my needs very quickly! Alot of the placement agencies out there will only get you a 3 or 6 month contract if you're lucky. The recruiters and the management staff were extremely helpful and supportive during the whole 1 year contract and not just at the beginning. My recruiter was also very friendly and personable. She was always checking in with me to make sure I was enjoying the work and if I needed any extra help with the training I received. The management and payroll team were awesome! I was having some problems entering my mileage expenses over the year and they got it all corrected within a week so I received all the correct amounts that I was owed. I would definately recommend Talentcor as an outstanding placement agency to work for!

Sometimes it's hard to be a minority in a blue collar work environment.  Talentcor is different from every other agency because they understand this.  I'm an excellent worker and get good reviews from the clients.  But sometimes the clients' employees are not satisfied with my contributions.  I know that if I have a problem I can talk to my recruiter and they will find some sort of solution.  Talentcor has my back, and for that I do my best for them and for the client every time.  Their support and understanding gives me the freedom to do my best, exceed expectations, and make a positive contribution to the realization of the clients' goals.  Do a good job and they will treat you good.  That's all there is to it.

I have had good  experience thus far with this agency since I started. It is the first time I ever tried an employment agency and so far I have been employed but as any thing goes it has been only temporary job placements and am excited to find a permanent one. I have enjoyed the factory setting and the fast pace. I like to compete but only with myself and that is to do better the next day from the day before. The people I have worked with have been overall very nice and helpful. I have continued to reach my production numbers for my job at hand and am told on a daily basis that I am doing a good job by my coordinators or supervisors responsible for that shift and job. I enjoy going into work and have yet to find anything that I do not enjoy about the jobs and different lines I have been put on.

Being that i was looking for work in the middle of a pandemic and no hope id find a position quick, my Agilus HR Representative had great communication with me and guaranteed me stability in my position or forward me to another Rep to set me up with something more fitting. I always had a job no matter my circumstance. That stability and familiarity meant everything. Their HR Reps really are looking for your best interest.

If you like being micromanaged this is the place for you! The Management team has horrible communication and then they get upset when things are not completed the way they want. Those who take pride in their jobs and work hard are treated like garbage, while those who do nothing and sit on Facebook all day are rewarded. Their is no team efforts here and everyone is set up for failure. The owner forces all internals to get involved in charity work and if you don't you are looked down upon. She should take into account that we all work 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and some of us have families to care for. You would think with the amount of internal turnover she would get the hint. 

Take my advise and steer clear of this place!
