Very hot environment. Management is disorganized 
Your expected to do your job without proper tools
And supervision. If you need your supervisor you have to go find them they are usually covering a machine because the operator decided to not come in to work. 
Winter Weather is a factor  they will cancel your shift because of the location of factory.  Over time is not distributed fairly and equal across all shifts. 
High school mentality,two faced people keep your private life private unless you want everyone to know your business and  people pay more attention to what you’re doing then what they should be doing. 
Depending on how many people come to work on any given day you will end up doing something else other than what you were hired for. Don’t work to hard as management does not recognize hard working employees unless your one of managements favourites...
All in all it’s a job and paycheque but not something that you would want to do till retirement

I like having a steady paced work environment, this was definitely not an ideal job for me due to the improper management of molds, machines, and production output. I would not recommend working here. Contracts will be subject to change without your notice, you'll have to train somebody without any sort of benefits while being expected to keep production up. I could go on, but I don't hate the company.

Management sucka no one know whats goong on for the next day... no one talks to each other and they expect you know what your dling even if u havent done it before! Most people there think their in charge when theyre just another employee. Every shift is the same repetitive work and you dont have the proper tools for the job and wehn you do they barley work. Management also makes up rules as they go and expects you to follow and also watch everything ypu do on shift from the cameras.

DONT WORK HERE!!!!

Trucks are old and not at all maintained..
I came for an interview and they were very disorganized..
Truck both had dead batteries and wouldnt even start..
No one has a clue on what was supposed to be done and every part of authorities were expired...
Pay was below average and orginization was poor..

It took them 2 more weeks from the date i was scheduled to actually depart for the first run..
I would not reccomend driving for them at all..

They expect you to perform miracles and have plastic parts off every 10 minutes when the cycle of the machines take 12 minutes. They discourage actually taking your tiny alloted break time and the atmosphere is terrible. You will walk out more beaten and bruised than any other job ( I do concrete and have done roofing, masonry etc.) 

I have operated a heavy machine. Moulds were too big. I felt sometimes unsafe but my coworker showed how to work safely. If you are looking for a light job then this is not for you.
Upon factory visit during hiring process the manager said this is a job for big boys and he was right.

Co workers are good very cooperative and helpful. But the plant very messy , each day is spent like crazy due to lack of space. They have 5 machines fit into the actual space of three. New manager tries his best to make everything better but he looks like lost.

I operate a moulding machine with other two guys who occasionally come over to help. Lots of cross training opportunities are there and the management recommended me for training on other machines and products.

I left the job because I got a job near to my home.
Agri plastics is a good employer. Good production manager he understands everything and appreciate what I did for the company.

Horrible management and useless HR department, will always take manager's without even listening. They treat you horrible, like you should be thanking them for the job. No bonuses, no incentives, high turnover rate, temp agencies won't work with them anymore due to complaints.
