I am in a unique position because I do same customers all the time and I am working from a satellite yard. Overall my experience with this company has been very positive. I have a very good manager, he's very competent and knowledgeable about the business. The toughest part of the job is working outside most of the time (weather can be a real pain at times). The company is very safety oriented with some policies little excessive (no handsfree phone usage at all while driving) and driver facing camera is a little annoying at first.  
Pros are: paycheck is weekly and on time. No major issues with payroll. In fact if a mistake is made and discovered, it is quickly rectified without issue. Benefits package is excellent. In fact the best I've seen in my 20+ years of trucking. Maintenance on equipment is done on timely basis. Issues are repaired ASAP. Equipment is a little dated, due to post pandemic supply chain issues (that's a problem industry wide). Overall I'm happy with the company and I hope to retire from here one day. 

If you don't mind getting into a fist fight with other grown men ( other employees ) in the drivers room then you have found the RIGHT place!!! Very "TOXIC management" that does nothing to help employees!!! If your looking to work straight nights and weekends again you found the RIGHT place!!! Not enough cameras in the yard for everyone's protection, Its supposed to a highly secured area and apparently there is only 2 cameras for the whole facility, how does this stop the vandalism on personal vehicles in parking lot? Very low wage for driving dangerous good tanker truck. The most backstabbing and hypocritical place to work. Any trucker that has been around the block would know NEVER to apply here!! 

- Very busy with lots of work to do. Most of the time didn't know what is waiting for you when you arrive at work in the morning.
- Learnt how to work with people from different cultures in different countries. Also learnt to work under pressure and deliver on time.
- Learnt to manage my workload and deal with different plants managers' request within short time.
- Fantastic working culture. Everybody was helpful when needed.
- Dealing with plant problems ( in Europe, Middle East and/or Africa) and getting it back online within very short notice.
- Sense of achievement after troubleshooting problems, implementing a project which resolve an outstanding issue, etc.

All in All the Experience is excellent, AP is a high performance organization.
For Engineers, Management listens to their ideas, encourage creativity and innovation.
Every month there is an announcement related to a new pilot project or new technology acquired by the company.
I do really enjoy working for Air Products.

Good company to work with tons of resources, developments and very helpful team with most of the people willing to help and contribute. Work can be flexible, but always bringing opportunities to learn and research. No much growing opportunities in Canada for now.

I was at Air Products for 5 years, give or take. In the early days it was a nice place to work, lovely people, forward-looking, albeit a little slow to do things, nice culture too. Recently it has changed. Many, many redundancies and loosing very skilled and talented people. Management stick together and show clear favouritism. Sad really.

 workers are treated very bad from upper management.  Im not a disgruntled employee.  I go in and do my job. I also have to keep up to date on laws and regulations myself.  Than let them know of changes. If it wasn't for some of long time employees looking after younger.   These younger one would be gone. ... some things that need changing is . Be kind.  

The plant required monthly maintenance and many startups and shutdowns during my time there. Each one had its own trouble starting up and shutting down respectively and learning was always on the daily task list. Safety is taken very seriously around the plant. The plant itself has a very clean environment as far as plants go.

Air products mentality is to have new hires work nights and weekends for a long time.  I’m in my ninth year and my start time is 3:30am with a schedule of Wednesday to Sunday.  It would be nice for a Monday to Friday, but that always seems out of reach.  The scheduling of work is very bad at times because of so many new hires in Allentown.

Its a Company with rich tradition, helpful colleagues and good work processes, truly Multinational. 

I have worked in multiple countries in this Company and felt the same warmth in all places. 

The leadership team is visionary, supportive towards goal achievement and encourages the employees.
