This is a newer company and they are trying to change the standard of these old HVAC companies. Customer service and making it a good place to work are #1. Other places I’ve worked only care about their bottom line and have more turnover and mad employees then you could imagine. All about the owner and management not so much about customer service or happy employees. These guys know to be successful the team needs to be happy. They will hear and work with you on your complaints. Credit is given when it is due here and we hold ourselves accountable. Profit sharing, fixed bonuses for crawl spaces and attics, large on call rotation, monthly paid training, all drive time is paid in full wages unlike a lot of other places, lots of work don’t have to worry about getting your hours busy year round. I have nothing but good things to say and if any one is unhappy they will work with you. Clean organized shop, and organized system to Keep track of notes and pictures to protect the company and employees. Reach out for a conversation if your interested in working there and have more questions the management will be more then happy to tell you all about it. 

Very good place to work! The company is very well organized, the days are planned out ahead of time and all job information, notes, materials and all other information is provided and easily accessible through a mobile app shared between all employees and management. There is an amazing team atmosphere here and a group chat that everyone communicates in and helps eachother out whenever needed. They provide paid training and have weekly meetings to discuss how everyone is doing and how they can help us to keep things on track and to keep everyone happy. I would highly recommend this company.

I really enjoy working at Air source. They provide us with plenty of opportunity to grow and learn as technicians. They provide us with tons of training by having appliance companies come in and teach us basic operation and troubleshooting. Air source goes above and beyond with not only they’re customers but their employees as well. We get an awesome golf tournament in the summer and a Christmas party/dinner. I really enjoy working here and look forward to a bright future with air source 

I have been happily working for Airsource for 4 years since the doors opened here. I came in with very little experience and an open mind to learn. With so much opportunity to grow with these guys I have moved up the ranks quickly and pay reflects that. Air Source is one of the best companies to work for in and around the city of Barrie. It truely doesn't feel like a job. The team is the most supportive group of guys that I've even been apart of . Every team member pushes each other to proform at a top level. Consistent challenges on a day to day basis. If you like to learn something new every week this is the place for you! The most enjoyable part of the job would definitely have to be the atmosphere and the workers/management. Like most hvac companies there are late days but the bosses are always more than fair and flexible. 

The bussiness is really trying to push every employee to be very good techs. We all help each other every day. A very nice place to work with very kind people.
