Great company, great benefits, retirement plan is amazing but the management/crew chiefs are terrible. Management is way behind the ball with industry competition, for that reason they can’t keep anyone there other than the employees who actually settled roots in the city’s which their bases are located at. Little to no effort to try and accommodate their employees to stay when they are actively looking elsewhere for better opportunities. This company protects/rewards the bad employees and ruins/puts more work on the hard workers who want to make a difference. It’s unfortunate because with the right management team and right leadership, this place has lots of potential. If you are someone who is looking to excel and progress in their career, I do not recommend this airline. If your not a hard worker and want job security than this is the perfect place for you.
Very negative and toxic work place environment.
If the leaders of a team aren’t good, how can anyone succeed or excel, this is whats going on at Air Creebec.
Airline is to comfortable where they are and don’t want to grow or better themselves. For that reason they have missed on many opportunities also.
I am writing this review at the same time as trying to find a new airline to bring my work too.

What is the best part of working at the company?
In my experience, I was always busy and was left to do my job with minimal oversight.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management's inability to manage and coworkers overstepping their roles.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture at Aircree is toxic and stagnant.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Off loading trucks and engaging with customers. Keeping the warehouse clean, neat and organised. Office work would follow, such as billing and make and receiving phone calls, tracking down orders, or payment information.

I worked for Air Creebec for two years and it’s safe to say its a complete **** show. The training is bad, the co-workers you work with are absolute bullies. If you are not liked… you will get fired. Even after my two years, I had to fight for my rights to get paid what I worked for. The split shifts are deadly. They ask everything from you but you can not ask for anything that is slightly humain. (finish at 2am because of delays/weather, but need to show up at 5am for your shift anyways) 

Great coworkers. Great customers. Love my job. Flight benefits are great. Training and trainers are very professional. Unfortunately they don’t pay enough to keep good people on staff. With a salary just above minimum wage. I had to get a second job to make ends meet. 

An old-school, closed cultured work environment. You either "fit" or you don't. Human resources managed on a whim. If you fit it's great. If you don't, it's potentially toxic.

To be honest the place is great but the pay is not worth the hours you put in for the work you do and you do way more then you should but they don't want to hire a new employee because they can't "afford it" which is stupid but other then that the people here are great to work with

My overall work experience with AirCreebec was fair and modest. I enjoyed my years of work with the company. I meet a lot of good people which made my stint with the company hard to walk away from. Salary was good with benefits and overtime.

The work itself if easy, the management is poorly organized. No proper training. Salary is poor. Winters are rough. Equipment isn’t properly maintained. 

I would work from 4:00 am to 4:30 pm the first two days then the last two days would be from 1:30 pm to approximately 1:00 am.
