If you are not a newphie you will be treated as substandard. You get the worse camps. No truck to get around or share because they the newphies hosd them and lie to you telling you they are busy with a truck when they arnt. They throw you under the bus and lie so they can get up the ladder faster. The company does not care about the others who work the hardest for them as only the newphies matter and the whole company is run by newphies.... I have worked for them a couple times and they lie about how long you will be on the job to get you there... Then you are gone before the newphie is. Does not matter if you live in Alberta either as I do. The newphies still get to work and everyone else goes home... All the night shifts are taken by them as they get 15% more. Everybody else just fills in the spots the newfies don't want. Those are facts. There are much better companies to work for that do not lie to you.

In charge of a team of civil and structural designers who are adaptable to design changes and concepts especially after meetings to satisfy the Client's requirements. The working environment is very friendly and I am always available when members of my team needed me. I look forward to going to work every day and solving problems as they arose. I enjoyed the hard work and time pass by so fast as you are having fun.
Would gladly love to work in the company again if the opportunity arises.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Work-life imbalance due to long hours and rotational shifts, isolation and mental health challenges from remote locations and limited communication, safety hazards from high-risk environments.

Its a very keep to yourself type place. No real company culture unless your from the Burin Peninsula and in with the boys. All senior managers grew up within a 5 mile radium so dont expect to move up. Lateral moves happens often but you have no idea who is who day to day. Very much "you should be lucky to work here" attitude. Mentally draining dealing with ego's and people who are never wrong.

Great company to work for would go back in a heart beat 
Very friendly atmosphere at work every body gets on with each other there is the odd bad apple but you always get them 
Management was good at there jobs and not a us and them culture 
No problem with courses that were due just phone up the office and its sorted

The worst place I have ever worked. Imagine people that you have to deal with on daily basis refuse to talk to you and go to your boss all the time. 

This in addition to Very unfriendly Engineering middle management.
