the location is the best part about this place. as it is near highway exits. Wages are low and work environment is unwelcoming. rotating shifts tire employees and there is always a shortage of parking even for employees. new employees are usually hired on as temps and tried out. very noisy dirty work environment and no air conditioning.

you will learn a lot through trial and error as you are granted creative liberty. and you will get to apply it immediately and show it to to the higher ups for feedback and progress tracking. your higher ups will help you think innovatively and support you on a professional and personal level

Managemant is very supportive. All time employees health and safety is given priority.
Work pressure is depending upon the type of work you do. Generally machine oprator job is hard working and target oriented.

The conpany is really good with lots of benefits but the Management really is worst. I am sure one day the management will surely sink this company. They care for nothing, neither if your family member dies in any part of world, they want you to start work again within 5 days.

they give everyone the opportunity to learn and they have diverse ways of supporting employees.The most enjoyable part is you get the opportunity to meet new people who are courteous  and prepared to guide you with your work. A very good company to work with

Too hot summer, parking little far, overall stress, etc.. Learned a lot of skills in a tight schedule, zero tolerance policy.

Break time and before work are very strict observation.

Too many cameras rolling, a waste of money..

-Busy environment very efficient and lots of over time

Company has so many problems and it all stems from its youtube management. No wonder this place can't make good parts they are more concerned about where we park rather then quality ! Alfield is a joke !!!
