Your thoughts, ideas and opinions are valued by management here. The team is very friendly and welcoming to new staff. Pay is lower than similar positions at other organizations. Management supports work life balance although company wide policies could be improved. For example flexible hours are offered, but only during three months of the year. If you are a focused and efficient worker who completes your work early you are still expected to work your full day of hours. Not a frequent occurrence as this job will keep you very busy. This is the first job I've ever had where I wasn't subjected to misogyny. This is a great place to work for a person of any gender or sexuality!

Alimentiv is a fast paced and evolving organization. You need to be prepared to be busy in most jobs. That said, you have a real opportunity to make a difference and have a voice and more than anywhere I have worked, management/executives want to hear from you and listen. The pay is not as high as some companies but the benefits are better than even many big ones and the culture is amazing. And you are doing work that really matters. Also, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement. Best company of my career. 

You will meet the worst managers ever in TMF and Image Services. Even the CEO and the VPs. They are unprofessional, selfish and have 0 knowledge.
In April the laid off a bunch of our friends and I decided to leave after seeing the company collapsing very soon. The worst place ever to work at. Don’t even bother. Very toxic. 

Significant growth and expansion at a time when the general economy, and life sciences in particular is trending in the opposite direction. If you’re excited by change, willing to invest in your development, and seek opportunities for growth, there’s a lot more room for growth than a large company. You don’t feel like a number, and there’s a genuine desire to improve moving forward. 

Your experience will likely vary by team and role. 

People are friendly and helpful, but the organization is having a challenging time supporting growth, which results in a lot of confusion and overburdened teams. Some teams are understaffed making it difficult to make meaningful progress. 

Would highly recommend avoiding working at this company. Poor management, poor training, and you're likely to be let go just before your probationary period ends. Then, good luck chasing them down for your remaining payment.

Great team! everyone is always willing to help and most managers are approachable! Mostly remote but there are hybrid options if you live close to an office. However, pay is below average. 

They offered extensive training that was irrelevant to our roles, while providing minimal job-specific guidance. Additionally, they assigned a heavy workload but did not pay for overtime.

New management had no training, had no knowledge of processes thus did nothing to aid the team. Department was understaffed and the employees got penalized for it.

Poor management, no career path guidance, no training. Management team are not effective at what they do. But they do take care of their employees if anything.
