Overall, great company to work for. Employees are friendly and cooperative. You go in, put in the hard work and get the job done. 

I've gained many skills working here and am grateful. Management is very supportive, knowledgeable and patient. If you're willing to learn, they'll teach you. However sometimes there tends to be a lot of workplace drama between the departments. 

Hardest part of the job is learning the initial process but if you're adept with computers, you shouldn't have a problem. You must be able to lift 40 lbs consistently and open to taking on extra responsibilities.

I enjoyed working here for the time I was there. Many of the customers are friendly and bring in treats. The owners care about you and they often host activities or treat you to pizza lunches.

Typical day would be: listening to customers needs, understanding what they require, finding solutions to their questions, being able to interact with customers on a one on one basis. Enjoyed creating "Open House"  where we would invite customers from all across the Maritimes to demonstrate new equipment and introduce them to new supplies and equipment. In the seven and a half years with the company I learned a lot regarding technology in the large format printing/sign making industry, also product knowledge regarding materials that were needed for the completion of many operations.
The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the customers delight on receiving his new machine set up at his/her location and start to see the product come to life.

Over the time spent at the company.  Duration of projected promise was not given. Forcing a person to do extra work when person is already established and capable to complete work. Direction given per management for department is not sufficient enough to ensure team is following through their task in a professional and productive manner. Overall experience is great vibes, but to have struggled in efficiency within environment is hard to believe to manipulate and maintain.

My day to day work is to help customers get there businesses back up and running.  Our company sells large format printers in the industry and when our customers experience problems with there printers they call me where I am the first line of support.

If I cannot get the customer up and running over the phone then I book a service technician to go out and get them fixed up as soon as possible.

You can start a day at the office or on the road, going as close as 2km from the office to travelling cross province. Continuous training offered, office is two layers the top is very cool and collect, the second layer is the complete opposite where people have their own groupe and are very stressed and two faced. I loved to learn about new tech and procedures.
Can be fun if you are a person that molds themself to others.

AGS is very family oriented which makes it a great place to start and is somewhere where there is security to be found. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend the job to anyone young needing a break or someone older needing security in a field

Go in do your job and leave. It is very unorganized and can get very frustrating at times due to the drama that takes place in the workplace. There is not really room to improve due to the fact that it is a very small company however they do treat you well and is a very family oriented place.

This place really taught me a lot. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. I learned how to be more independent and my time here showed me just how amazing my skills are when it comes to customer care.  I will miss this place but it was time to move on to a new challenge.

It is a very great place to work and the team members are very good team players with excellent leadership skills. Also, I learned the skills of good leadership along with 3PL systems with an ERP environment.

its a stable warm work environment. I have felt cared for and the work is not overbearing or to stressful. There was some room to grow at the beginning but the company is small.
