I work as a freelance interpreter at All Languages.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The office staff are always there for interpreters providing them with support and proper information about the 
details of the upcoming assignments and communicating eith 
 interpreters and contacts/ people who are using the interpreting or translation services.

This company is family owned business. Every day is very busy at work and I have learned lot of things due to busy environment. Management is fairly good and co-workers were nice and helpful.The hardest part of the work was many deadlines. There were many projects to complete plus we had to do our daily duties. The most enjoyable part of the work was meetings with staff members.

The had a lot of short team building exercises that helped stimulate thought and interaction.

Working on updating their backend IT systems to provide more automation to keep up with other companies in the industry.

This is an excellent company that hires people to do interpreting in various Languages. The job assignments vary from Clients requiring translation with different kinds of appointments, assessments, legal situations and interesting projects.

It's almost impossible to fathom how arrogant, irritating and mind-numbingly irksome the owners are. Father and son are cut from the same cloth. Imagine a caricature of a horrible boss and multiply by two. Avoid if you can.

Love working for them. They make it simple and easy and they work with you to solve any issues.

They are always very pleasant , understanding when dealing with them over the phone

You basically receive an email when someone needs your service as an interpreter, and you can choose to accept the offer or not. But you do not always get offers. 

The coordinators and management are very Professional and cooperative with me and other Freelancers. Assignments are offered fairly and according to your area where you live.

Culture of intimidation; lack of appreciation for efforts; enormous workload;  poor opportunity for promotion as business is family owned/operated; high staff turnover

huge turnover in the core business department should explain - it's not a place for everyone!
