They always expect you to text the night before for work the next day so it’s like a first come first serve I remember asking for work 4 in the evening the day before the next and they ignored me and gave the work to a next Indian of their culture who asked wayyy later than me like literally last minute they always decline me for work sometimes no work for a week and they always say they don’t have my pay go to agency all the way In Thor hill and I take public transit in Brampton that’s too farrr

The experience was very good. I learned  using software nav, excel for business. I was driving counter balance forklift too. I was receiving trucks and getting bill of lading and check everything that we receiving is good.

When in the starting of my job I felt very nervous but as time passed all my colleagues helped to overcome my stress and made me feel free to work as well employers also did a lot specially the supervisor 

It's a tough place to work in but I gain good experience operating different kind of machines and work under pressure to make targets. Helped me to be more organized and gets job done by order.

I have enjoyed working there and achieved lots of good things and also  I had to shared my knowledge and experience with people and management. It was so much fun working with employees.

Never at the same place in the same day, was working night shift so not sure what it is like during the day.  The management knew how to engage, and all the older workers were always ready to help out the newer for the first week.

That was my first job as a line operator. I had a great experience with all the machinery that I was working with. Supervisor taught me many new things other than i have learnt from college.

They hire people for three months then let them go for "cut backs"  just to get temps in after a week think that's bogus just to save a few bucks and not have to pay severance pay or give benefits

Everyday you need to work fast, I learned to operate the machine, The management are good. Hardest part is lifting heavy things
