Do I really need to say more than the Summary? 

The trade industry as a whole needs to change. Most people who have worked in this industry understand what I'm talking about. Government should be talking to the workers and not just the companies for a more rounded understanding to the problems that have persisted in our industry/s.

great people. somewhat steady work.
commercial electrical construction. You will learn the basics of base building power, fire alarm, distribution...
you will learn single and 3 phase circuitry. The culture is friendly.
benefits are on par.

Allied Projects is an excellent entry point in the field of electrical. The employees of this organization are as instructive as they are informative, through a wealth of knowledge and mentor ship these guys will get any apprentice off on the right track.

My experience with Allied was short, just six weeks. But with those I worked with, it was very pleasant. The office ran similar to a small shop with the office relationships and pleasant communication. But they run big jobs, so you get the best of both.

This company gets different commercial projects and health care office upgrading  . The Forman and the team leaders are all good to work with. They are all willing to share their experiences with the apprentice. 

I worked here so long ago, it was a great company when I started. I watched it dwindle until they let me go. A wide variety of postings, they work with the city on city projects.

after working previous commercial jobs switching to allied was a mistake, no power tools provided, lower wages and less leadership. was alot of civil work which meant major layoffs every winter

Very inflexible when it comes to modifying hours due to special circumstances.
Very comprehensive safety program.
Find that the office has little to no interest in the ordinary worker.

Worked with a great crew,  didn’t witness any boy’s club mentality and I felt comfortable.  Learned each day, leadership made themselves available and are encouraging.
