New management doesn’t want to work with veteran employees. Make poor financial decisions effecting budgets and job costs. Will not take advice from Employees I’m foreman positions or supervisor positions. Lack of communication, poor job planning and too much micromanaging

it is a good work experience,and it keeps you busy and always on the go and its fun living on the camp cars and it makes you feel important and that your doing A GOOD JOB CAUSE YOUR MAKEING SURE THR TRACKS ARE SAFE FOR THE TRAINS

This is one of the worst places to work. If you work on track side you’ll have to track your hours and fight to get paid what you worked. Signals is okay from what I hear. This company doesn’t like you to move up

leadership sucked always learning  new things workplace culture good as the guys you work with depending on the job you are doing replacing steel rails or changing out ties etc it can be really  demanding on mind and body again its the guys you work with

Horrible place to work,double standards and favoritism. Upper management got greedy and the company has now closed it doors.
I hope that things would have worked out because I actually enjoyed working on rail equipment.




Safety oriented production gang work. Extremely well organized and great teamwork to see the jobs through.
On site training and knowledgeable foreman.

my father passed away and they flew me home right away

not bad place to work, bad hours ,unorganized office staff, the hours are long... get to travel all over ontairo from british columbia to quebec. fast paced environment always something new to learn very engaging.

Weekly pay awesome work environment learn allot easy schedules good crew around you lots of travel weekends off get to see parts of the country good experience
