I've had mostly positive experiences with the people working in this company. It has a very mixed bag of personalities. Some co-workers are very welcoming. Some like to sit in their corner and mind their own business which is perfectly fine. Office environment is very clean. There is a nice open gym area that not many use. There is plenty of exciting work in the CAD specialist position but always ensure your work is noticeable or you won't be acknowledged. 

Worked almost 6 years and only given a raise once, that too was divided in half. I received the other half 8 months later. This just felt a little unfair as my salary was already being diminished by inflation over those years. The job market offered me a significantly better rate. I politely resigned and left on a good note.

Nonetheless, I don't regret anything as I'm always grateful for the opportunities given to me. I love allseating as a workplace and it's a great place for growing and learning with mostly nice people. I've made some great memories and friends here. I would still very much recommend working here.

for working for almost 5 years in this company i learned lots of things like dealing with different personalities of a person.as a hardworking person and can worked independently and as team i got lots of experiences in terms of jobs in this company .i can do multitasking too,they let me do some other stuff other than my work and its good for me so that i will get more experience.my co-workers i dont have a problem they are very friendly and fun to work with,i have no complain about my job because every job u need to work hard there is no easy job .the most enjoyable part of the job is make my job nice and clean to make my work presentable and make the company happy what i have done .....

at allseating I worked in accounts payable and receivable department. In a typical day I would go through invoices and enter them into the system and run payrolls. I also worked with accounts that were past do and through both telephone and email correspondence I would work to collect funds. I worked close with other departments and my overall experience was very good with this company. I moved away from the city and this is why I no longer worked for them.

Typical day would be to confirm orders and bring orders to production on the planning side.  On the IT side is to support users with problems in computers, barcode scanners and printers.
Management was friendly and approachable.
Most enjoyable part was the occasional free lunch and Christmas Party where employees get together.

Too bad I need to leave to attend to personal matters.

Allseating has just launched a healthcare division to complement its Seating Solutions for the commercial and educational markets. A lot of growth is expected in the next 5 years. Many leadership decisions will be required to enhance facility and personnel resources.

Worked there myself and I can honestly say it was a great experience being there and learning all that I could, had an amazing time with a few of my co-workers including the Team Leader of Shipping & Receiving. Great Guy, Great attitude, Great to work side by side.

The company was a good place to work.
High stress with very fussy customers who expect white glove treatment at all times.
Co-workers were good in supporting each other

I learned a lot while working on this team and got to lead my own projects. However, the pay is very, very low, and there are formal structures in place to request a raise. Was prevented by HR from working overtime, which made life difficult during launches. 

Best place to work. Friendly environment and management is A1. It I have another opportunity to go back. I will without course of rethink. Best own Canadian company so far

allseating corporation is good compny allmost 200 employes works in this compny.. its very best to making chairs for offices , hospitals. clinics etc..
