Shop employees are well trained , very productive and passionate. Shop foreman is experienced, proficient, very supportive and helpful to shop employees. Unfortunately management is unappreciative, disrespectful and offers no compliments or rewards. Very little tools. Equipment is scarce. Material handling is improper and dangerous. Management is likely reaping all the benefits, piling up their money and placing blame for losses on the employees, and the investors are likely oblivious.

Terrible place to work, tells you what you want to hear.
no OT
compressed work week so they don't pay holidays
expected to work OT for banked straight time which isn't paid until they remember, not when you ask
 it is always someone else who made the mistake
owner and son are never happy no matter how much the shop does
unrealistic timelines and goals
my suggestion would be to beg for money on the street before working here

When I worked there the management were never happy with anything done by employees, everything was always the employees fault even though they don't provide tools etc. And to show off there disrespect to employees the washroom floor is wet and rotton from a leaking toilet for you to drop your coveralls into before crawling back to work...... Don't work here

high turnover rate, old mis used equipment, awful ventilation, will not supply anything without you having to ask repetitively. 
10 minute breaks.
This company will push you as hard as you can go without any reward.

poor management, no tools, management has no experience in putting up steel or sequence, they treat there employees poorly and no guidance. 
Management blames employees for everything.

Overall good job wish they were busier to keep me on, Management is great, employees are nice, good environment focus on Safety which is always a plus.

Just a miserable place to work.
Believe it or not i was actually told not to laugh here.
No overtime, banked hours at straight time.
Timelimes are so unrealistic.

There are nice environment for work and job is stable. Suitable for everyone who want a reliable in their life. I am doing my job very well.  And the salary is good .

This is the worst place i have worked in 18 years as a welder. If your just starting out as a welder, stay away. 
There are better places to start, like anywhere.

Excellent company, the work atmosphere is great, managers and co-workers are good. The work environment is kept well clean............................
