If you don't take your job serious it will be hard on you and for the people around. But what I have learned from experience is to not give up and if something is not going your way move on and forget the past. Sometimes you miss other activities because you have a shift but at the end you get the benefit cause you always learn something new everyday.

All colleagues are nice, but salary never increase. You may did everything but never got opportunity of promotion! Agents are being insulted by the customer due to produce quality, but manager never care. Boss only wants you to contribute all your life to company but never knowing how to show respect

Altima Telecom is a great place to work the management is fun and very knowledgeable the push you to improve in the quality of work and self growth. There is no benefits however the people and salary + bonus are great!!

felling like you are working with family not just co-workers. There was good communication with the management always. they are appreciating their employees so much.

Thanks God I left that Place.I never felt I'm working with teammates. Different cultures and can't mix with people there.Seems people just don't want interact with colleagues 

Poor management and high turnover rate. Almost no chance to promotion, average to low salary. Not recommend unless you can not find other job. Waste time and get less pay.

Low salary, no respect to employees. Extremely hard to have salary increased. Leave the company as far as possible. Tried to work hard but did not get enough paid forever.

Workplace and coworkers are nice. The hardest part can be the occasional angry customer coming to the door and trying to kick it down. You answer calls and help clients which can be nice.
