What is the best part of working at the company?
The people, management and atmosphere.

I can't say any of it was stressful. I thoroughly enjoyed Altrom but needed more money to survive.

Friendly but professional. I worked at head office in accounting. People were all great

In Accounts Receivable entering payments. Busy someday but it depends on how you work.

Management was terrible at Stoney Creek.  To them it was a golf club.

Dealing with the circus freak in charge.

Too many chiefs who did not contribute to Sales

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful- poor management.   Yes there is a pattern here

Large internal system change recently made it very busy and difficult to work. Lack of employees means overworking for the few that are in the warehouse. More employees overall would be  beneficial despite that the pay only gets good around the yearly bonus period where you might get enough to pay rent in vancouver / burnaby in a decent area. Sometimes sometimes you get free food like pizza day or sometimes manager brings donuts. Overtime is rare.

The worst place I have ever worked at there is no communication. Management has no idea what they are doing and they expect way to much for the little pay you get they lie to their employees and play head games with their employees. In my opinion not a very professional place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Left alone to complete you daily tasks. I enjoy this. People are friendly and helpful. Can be stressful at times. A really good team environment. Hours are good.

Although it is a physically demanding job, having to lift heavy rotors and car batteries, struts and shocks up to 70 ponds, the management is even worst then any place I worked in my entire life. 
I do not recommend working there to anyone.  


More chances to work overtime on normal condition for many years. Productive and puntual working atitutte. Human resource Manager is nice , open and helpful.

Bunch of higher management did a panel interview and acted like they owned everyone and had a lot of attitude 
I declined the job offer. Save yourself from being belittled.

Enjoyed working with the staff and management before merger took place, did not matter what yo did for the Company once merged became unneeded with no explanation as to why.

If you want to be a number, and accept that your customers are just numbers. This is the place for you. 
Upper management is out for their bonuses, at the expense of the customers and lower employees.
