I liked the fact that I could make my own schedule and make money when ever I needed it. Pay ranged anyway from 60 - 300 dollars per block, only thing I don’t like is that they don’t tell you the amount of packages you have or where you’ll be going, sometime the delivery was to Hamilton and living in Kentucky I could not drive that far. I’d recommend bring some protection especially if your delivering at night or in an area you’re not familiar with, but if you don’t feel safe you can always call and end your block and it won’t be counted against you. One thing they care about most is being reliable so if your someone who can’t finish on time and it happens often, you’ll most likely be put on probation or terminated and locked out of your account. So be careful. Over all love flex

You hear from everyone on your route that packages get stolen and then get a loss prevention interview when enough of yours are stolen.

Pay isnt enough with current gas prices.

You never know where theyre sending you it could be 50-170km, and they pay is the same.

Other drivers game the system and you basically have to hover over the app and refresh every two minutes if you want to get a better rate.

Limited to 20hrs a week.

Driver support does everything except to support drivers. Had to call them four times to get a package removed from my block, given it was damage and was took from their staff at the station. Despite they took the package, never removed it from  my block and the package remains pending until the next day. 

Sadly, I did had a block the next day which I ended up missing, because the package I was carrying from the day before, and the incompetent of Driver Support were guessing solutions instead of providing a resolution. 

To summarize the experience. This guys are garbage.

One of the worst companies, they don’t pay well. It’s my helplessness because I got laid off so I am trying this gig but if you are earning good and have any other option just choose that don’t ever go for it, they give you 3.5hrs slot and pay around $89 which is around $25/hr. But the travel for the route is around 100 kms. When you finally add up your car maintenance and your labour is not even paid off. Amazon is just like an elephant good to see from far. 

The pay is good. You are on your own so if you prefer to be solo you will like this. Unfortunately, there are few shifts available. They pop up on your app and you have to grab them before someone else does. Sometimes it takes seconds for the shift to disappear. Don’t count in it for steady income. 

It's great to work as a Amazon Flex delivery driver as a second self employed job. You are not supervised when you are in delivering but if you do your job as requested rules you and company both are satisfied! 

Amazon flex is slow sometimes 
Amazon flex doesn’t offer 40 hours a week only 24hours a week or low 
If you make $600 a week the rest weeks doesn’t offer jobs it’s slow! Amazon flex doesn’t let drivers get rich or make money!! One month might make $600 only it’s that slow! I was told it’s side job!! And a lot of drivers buying blocks to get offers really slow 

The hours required to complete your scheduled shift is often longer then advertised. Often packages must be returned to station because customers are not home to let you inside their apartment, causing you to have to drive back to your pickup station for returns. This will cost you time and gas.

Flex day deliveries started at or around 5:00pm.  Upon arrival us drivers would wait for our turn to load and then using our personal cell phones and the flex app to load all packages for delivery that day.  Once loaded the delivery would take approximately 3 hours on average including return time.

You have to spend all day refreshing the offers page and still don’t get any blocks.

Worst support network for a company like this. They only communicate via email and send automated responses. Any issues encountered is never resolved. 

They never pay you more if you end up working more than allocated hours.
