On a regular day i would be one of the first operators on the Field prepping the entrance ways to the job.(theres about 22 entrances) so when any vehicle leaving the site would not track mud or dirt on the road ways/highways.

My time with amico was very enjoyable i learned that hard work and respect doesnt go unseen.i was able to work well with other either on site or off site it was very easy to get along with my co-workers. the hardest part of my job would be dealing with all the traffic considering i was driving a loader with a 12 foot sweaper on one of the busiest border crossing in the world (huron church) the best part of my job was knowing that i would be back home same and have work in the morning!

Quick safety talk in the morning grab your tools and start working where you are told. 
Because of variety there is plenty of opportunity to learn many many skills. 
Management is pretty decent except they don't care where you live and they will send guys an hour and a half away from where they live to work at a place where there's guys living right around the block that work for the same company and vice versa. They pay no attention to keeping people close to home it's not their problem. The hardest part of the job is the commute. The most enjoyable part of the job is honestly the pay and the people.

Carry out daily tasks to help assit project managers to complete specific phases on the jobsite. Work along side co-workers to find the best way to be efficent and carry out all tasks in a safe and timely manner.
Find proper solutions to implement field "fit" situations when problems arise and tackle all situations as a team. Transferring plans from paper to the ground for co workers and other sub trades to understand and help them carry out thier daily task as per instructed from management.Seeing the end result of every project small or large is extremely rewarding.

Company Vehicle and good office staff and very friendly environment and workers and Supervisors in the field very hardworking and cooperative and work together . Good Teamwork.Overall it6good place to work.👍

The company has an experienced leadership team that wants the best for their employees. But by rapidly expanding into new sectors (outside of infrastructure) has caused rapid hiring of individual's with little to no experienced. This has created a middle management with very little staffing, high turnover, and quick burnout.

I have loved being a part of the Amico Team.  All the staff are very kind and welcoming.  I would encourage anyone to make an effort to be apart of the Amico team.  They have many opportunities and are continuously growing!

I have learned very good lessons there. Definitely not going to work in place that most management people are related to each other’s, all I am going to say poor poor management by letting corruption happen with out putting end to it
