the company has great perks and has a frat house gen Z culture (which I loved) on the otherside the management is incompetent, they recruited a lot of people with promesses of crowth and developpement, to end up firing almost everyone of them including some seniors. because of bad decisions taken up the ladder.

be aware of the language they will be using in the interview to cover up on this ( we had to restructure and only keep competent ....) a lot of us heard the same things, and although they trusted the company leaving stable jobs.  they ended beeing layed off. 

a typical week at work can vary and it,s one of the best thing at Amilia - you never get bored:
No crazy early meeting, you do your own schedule and work from where you are the most productive
Work with like-minded, passionate people in a flat hierarchy 
Wear multiple hats which allows you to learn something new every week
Bootcamp on Tuesdays and 5 a 7 or yoga on Thursdays
Finish the week with a mini Friday!

Strong product development culture with very mature Agile and CI/CD processes in place. (Truly self-organized teams, changes get deployed multiple times, etc.)

Great overall culture, high levels of collaboration across the organization, people care, no red tape.

Hiring and firing for attention. Executive cares only about money and fired some of the best people in the company. Not stable and no growth. Culture is fun for some teams, but not everyone is treated equal. Some teams don’t get all the benefits and management considers the company to be full of under performers. 

I had an amazing time at Amilia, more than a company it feels like a family. They provide opportunities to collaborate at every level, challenging projects, highly interactive teams, continuous integration code, flexible schedule, HR very attentive to employee well-being.

A great, up and coming company that anyone would be lucky to work for. The people are great, management has vision, and there are no intra-office rivalries that you typically see in so many companies.

If you get a chance to work at Amilia, take it.

Fast paced environment, start up vibes. Nice benefits. Management team are all friends so it's better to get along with them and walk their way to stay at Amilia.

Great culture, people are kind and like working together.
Company is growing fast and mid management is struggling a bit.
