We are a strong ethic work environment we are for each other and 

we strongly believe in the  health and safety of our employees. I'm 

always on time and very pleasant to be around always get the work 

done on time. I'm also on the health and safety department. the most

hardest thing about the job is doing the same reputation of work but 

other then than it's a great atmosphere the people are friendly 

the most enjoyable part of my day is knowing that i did my best and 

whatever comes my way.

Working at Anderson Merchandisers Company provided me with lots of positive and useful experiences through which I got able to grow and own abilities that are going to stay with me for a long time  and I am sure that I will refer to them and use them again at many points of time in the future of my career. This company really had a positive, desirable and balanced work environment for its workers and I enjoyed working there during all those years.

Anderson Is a great company to work for.  You need a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel a lot in NB, PE, NS which can be hard on a vehicle. The hardest part of the job is the travel and being the only person in your territory.  I am also disappointed with not being able to advance in the company unless you are willing to move to Toronto.  
I love the flexibility of planning your days, which is very helpful if you have appointments or other commitments. 
The management team has always been helpful and encouraging and willing to listen.

Every day I can manage all my team workers reach the goals, sometime they request more works ,they work hard but they are happy work with me .From the work I learn lots of the works from my manager , he give me more works when we are finished.When I received the tasks ,I will arrange every things first,never give any hard things to my team,so they work smoothly and fast to finish.That is the most enjoyable part of the job.

Quickly turned into a all work and no play type of position. Inability to keep employees happy turned into a over worked, over stretched, stress filled job.

Small territories slowly turn into massive territories that are near impossible to cover properly.

Management that claims to be "for the employees" quickly turned into DO THIS, DO THAT no questions asked.

I worked 10 hours per day, four days a week. I had a good relationship with my co-workers, we respect each other and worked together as a team. At this job, I learn more about reading books, DVD, and CD's code; make sure it's the right products for the order. the most enjoyable part of the job was walking. I was on my feet most of the time.

I learned a lot being my first warehouse job.  I worked in nearly all the different areas and was constantly busy so the day went fast.  I also enjoyed working with the staff.  I worked from picking orders, packing orders, loading the machine with CDs at a fast pace, and inventory.

I was able to make my own schedule and finish all my stores at my own rate but my manager was always quite cryptic about what I was allowed to expense when I was out of town. it wasn't until I was leaving the company that I was told I could have been renting a vehicle for my long trips instead of using my own vehicle.

Never spend much time in s walmart til, this position. 
Pokemon cards, yugioh, sports cards. Hockey baseball football. . Worked the wall in toys three times a week
Other tasks as well that we were  responsible for as the reps for the stores. 
It had it's kaotic days especially at holiday time  snow days. Ugh.

Andersons merchandising is a great place to work if you enjoy taking enishiative of your activities and are self motivated to do the best job you can. If you have attention to detail and are good at organizing product this is the job for you.
