All night shifts which is fine. Sometimes equipment wasnt at the site. No journeyman on site for the first few months I worked at the company. An apprentice was seriously injured. When I spoke to somebody about one of the Jman not helping when I was unaware of what to do I was just told I should figure it out.

It wasn't all bad I absolutely Learnt some stuff from other apprentices I worked with and when some of the Journeymen showed up after somebody got hurt I for sure learnt from them as well, but there were some not so safe things that went on at times.

Would not recommend working here. Management is very disorganized and not helpful. Material is never on site and projects are constantly underbid which makes jobs stressful.  

Reported an incident that occured and was told to wait until the following day to discuss further, but when I went in I was terminated. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

A typical workday is stable and organized, with clearly defined tasks. During my time at the company, I have learned to better fulfill my responsibilities, work in a team, and adhere to safety procedures. Management is generally supportive and communicates clearly. The workplace culture is positive, and colleagues help each other. The hardest part of the job is the physical strain and working to tight deadlines. The most enjoyable part is the sense of accomplishment, team support, and the opportunity for professional development.

They do residential houses mostly and small commercial jobs.
I mostly was doing finals and prefinals. My Journeyman at the time was smart, knowledgeable, competent, and a great leader/friend. 
We worked well together. 
The hours were sporadic, we were lucky to get 40 hours a week sadly. 
Small group of friends own the company so they are all out for themselves, but nothing against them. Okay to work for. Good group of people if you get on part of the "family".

I worked for these guys recently (before going to school) doing lighting upgrades for various stores in Edmonton and beyond. They're a solid company to work for as an electrician if you can stomach night shift ballast and fixture swapping for weeks on end out of town, which I could for a while, but not so much anymore.

The crew was great to work with ha the opprtunity to work on some unique projects 
Management left a lot to be desired and wanted you to sacrifice life for the job also was a bit of a good olboys club if you werent on the inside you constantly feel undervalued and as if your job is at risk

-Constantly get apprentices to run jobs causing major problems/ injuries.
-Laid off without being told then told more work is coming when finally asked for a layoff a month after no work they ghosted me.
-refused to write hours in a first years books because they didn't want to give they raise.


I was coming over to residential after working Commercial/Maintenance for a few years. I felt like what I had to learn in combination with the time crunch and peace work, I wasn't learning and I wasn't making enough money to be worth it for me to stay. 

it was a fast paced and stressfull place to work . a lot of hands on experience , had a chance to learn things as well ,ran conduit , pulled wire , mouted fixtures , helped with distribution , the journeyman was hard to work with , the rest of the guys were easy to get along with , all in all it wasn't a bad place to work .

Super unorganized management and high expectations with little communication or instruction on what they expect. Lack of material and equipment at sites and no overtime pay. Would not recommend working here.
