A typical day starts off with the time sensitive orders not being ready or even picked by the warehouse staff to be loaded by you on the truck. You will wait sometimes 2 hours to get your daily run put together and still be expected to keep on schedule plus the trucks are poorly maintained by kenworth and they will try to blame you the driver for any problems that may occur. My advice for this position is to video record(with a body cam) any and all conversations with management and take pictures of the truck and freight before and after loading plus while unloading the freight due to hidden damages in the middle of the pallets.

The industry itself has some wonderful people and you will really enjoy the people you work with.  The only downside there is that the management has horrible communication towards it's employees.  
Trying to learn what is expected of you or if you are meeting those expectations is near impossible.

There is very little thought as to developing a culture, employee turnover especially in the warehouse and customer service is huge.  In the office, there seems little care that some individuals put in 60 hours plus per week.  I would say it is only a good place to work if you somehow fluke into exactly the person they are looking for, keep your head down and mouth shut.

Nothing honestly. Worst place to work

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of communication from superiors and staff telling staff what to do. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful. Mangers have there favorites. And the warehouse is poorly run. And dirty.  Staff hangout in the lanes talking on cell phones. And no work is getting done. The new people are pulling the weight. High turn over also.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Slow and have to be careful cause everything you do will be taken to the office. And mangers will take the other side. Because they have been there longer and the know the rules

Love working at Anipet, it is a relaxed but serious company, lots of room for advancement. Most of the employees have been here over 15 years and everyone is very close and family oriented which is great.

We celebrate all holidays and usually have lunches every couple months, which are always a great time.

Being on the phones is one if the hardest parts of the job.

Entering orders and emails is very straight forward.

I currently work at Anipet as a Material Picker, and since my hiring in the beginning of 2018 I have had a great experience working at Anipet. When working in the warehouse there is a productive and friendly atmosphere. As well the management and coworkers were all very welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend this job to anyone seeking to gain valuable warehouse and job experience!

I've been at Anipet for a long time and I couldn't be happier. There is lots of room for advancement and the staff is great. I love working with the people here and I love that we get to do something special each month to show how much we care about this company. The management here have been so helpful and understanding when I need them the most and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

I had a great experience working at Anipet, throughout the two years in which I worked there. The management, staff, and coworkers are all helpful and welcoming, as well, the payed lunches were always a nice bonus. Would highly recommend this job to anyone looking to work in a warehouse with a friendly atmosphere!

Worked for Anipet for a long time, the company has been very helpful in working with my schedule and management is very understanding. Love my job, my co-workers & my manager. 

Only con I would say is they keep employees that don't add any value too long.

I enjoyed working for Anipet , but the managment was not respectful of its empolyees. I would start my day by picking orders, for shipment.Then finish my day by invoicing the customers. I enjoyed working with my co-workwers. And i enjoyed meeting the customers.

This company is great place, with lots of growth and learning opportunities. Corporate culture is awesome, supportive teams and managers. Compensation is good, and diverse culture makes this a great place to work.  Overtime available, day and evening shifts available.
