Antech Diagnostics

For entry level positions, Antech Diagnostics is great for experience. My coworkers and I agree it is the McDonald's of laboratories; most laboratory positions at Antech have poor pay with a high demand of intense work. The work comes with a lost of experience but do not expect to continue your career as there is little room for advancement within this company. Communications between HR and/or management is also difficult whenever problems arise in the lab or from schedules. Creating friendships/connections with the team and having a personal social life are also very difficult as hours are overnights and cycled weekends are required (m,t,w,t,f, and every other saturday night) and work is too demanding for socializing. 

If you like keeping busy, overnights, independent work and working under pressure, this company is for you. 

Antech Diagnostics is a busy laboratory running from 8am til 12am.  We analyze body fluids from animals which is the most exciting part of our work. Technicians are very friendly and professional in every manner that we handle. Aside from the busy workplace, accuracy and precision are well observed in all laboratory procedures. Doctors rely on the laboratory results so it is important to review all data before issuing them. We assure patient satisfaction and trust in the company. Maintaining good communication is also essential for a workplace environment.

Workplace is well equipped, workers are friendly and multi-cultural. While working for Antech, I have realized that I have a deeper passion working in a laboratory. Something that I cannot explain even with sleepless nights, and barely have any during the day because of family affairs, I can still find joy and energy going back the following shift. The most enjoyable part of my work day was when everybody from all the departments come together and start working and at the same time, learning from them.

The work itself was easy and the pay was ok, but unfortunately, the workplace culture was not enjoyable. One co-worker was on a power trip and did not provide a supportive learning environment. You are often blamed for mistakes instead of being told how to fix them. Team environment leads to gossip and judgement about if/when you take your breaks. Management was good and provided flexible scheduling, but overall it was an unprofessional and toxic workplace. 

hardest part of the job is living nocturnally. great coworkers, management sets you up for success. pay is fair for the job. may need to work overtime sometimes, but it comes with proper compensation. Overall great place to work.

Expected to be on the road more than lead to believe. Pay and benefits not adequate for work. Job description continuously changes. Some fun trips for business meetings. Ever moving goal posts 

Toxic environment to work. No kind of growth, very fast paced and expected not make any mistakes. No social life if you work with them, expected to work overtime for almost everyday. Poor management.

I just write I have terrible experience from there . In compare with another company it was very hard and has a bad work space . Specially the relationship between coworkers. I don’t recommend this job at all

Good company to work for, good management, would recommend ANTECH to anybody, go for. Pay rate average, no free food, no canteen.
Good and reliable company.

Good company to start your career but eventually you need to move on. not lot of promotion opportunity. management good and will provide flexible schedule if you need.
