You are just getting a free Headache If you step in here good luck staying in the job. Either they fire you if they don't like you or repetitive work bore the life out of you. They makes promises when you are onboarding cross-training, Profit share etc but sooner or later you'll find out it's all Bogus. Office ppl look down on you as you are a labor worker on the floor. Everybody Plays favoritism and really a toxic environment. Dusty and super hot. toxic material particles inhale all day inside of the building.

Very poor management and quality of life,very poor training and health and safety. No room  for advancement and a lot of favouritism they hire older people or young students they can take advantage of .very dirty and dusty 

It was a good place to work. Pay wasn’t great, but good atmosphere and several different things to do to keep the day interesting. Some heavy lifting is required if your mixing but for the most part it’s not to physically demanding. 

At apogee I have been given ample opportunity to create the career I enjoy. Giving you the flexibility for life and also the experience in many different aspects of the manufacturing industry.

The people are great. Work is easy. They just  recently given good raises. But still are on the lower end.  People aren’t satisfied with their pay rates. But if we all work harder we could possibly be paid a decent wage so we are told.  

They provide almost no training and the position I was in had no supervision. And they will favourite people and treat others like they’re nothing I recommend never work there

out of town, standing the whole time. most people are easy to get along with. a good working environment, new ,clean building, new Technologies to work with.

Good place to work.  Not hard.  Friendly people.  Management listens to concerns.  Growth and opportunity available if interested.  Bonuses for shift work.

good environment. great people. good incentives. good management. i enjoy waking up and going into work everyday, which is something i haven't had for a long time.
