I have been an employee at Apollo for about 7 years now and I can honestly say that this is the best company I have ever worked for.

I started as a rental admin, moved to commercial admin and am now currently a commercial Property Manager. 

Although, I have seen quite a few people come and go in these past 7 years, I have noticed (in a lot of cases - but not all) that there is a very strong sense of entitlement right out of the gate for new employees. 

I have worked my way up by taking pride in my work and putting in the effort to prove that I can not only do my job well, but that I am able to support my fellow colleagues, if & when needed. 

If you have realistic expectations and are willing to put in the hard work, actually communicate your wants & needs and are able to provide solid examples of the exceptional work you have done, not only will you be taken more seriously but you will ultimately find your job much more rewarding!

This company values family above all else and allows for a very nice work/life balance (as long as you are not taking advantage!)

Yes, there are some things here and there that come up but what job doesn't have those hurdles? How you handle these hurdles is the key!

Their head office is very cliquey. If you don't get in good with this clique, don't expect to get any support or proper training from your superiors. You will be thrown to the wolves and expected to survive. 
While they say they offer advancement opportunities, it's not exactly true. They will hire people off the street with zero experience and put them in a position higher than you, after being told they like to promote from within. If you are one of the lucky ones that gets to move up, good luck getting your pay to match your job description. 
This used to be a great company but they grew too large too quickly and lost a lot of their positives. They expect you to do the work of multiple people and you have zero support from your superiors. There is a high turnover rate amoung all the departments for a reason

If I could give this company zero Stars I absolutely would. They are unprofessional unorganized and completely unequipped to deal with the amount of properties that they manage. The culture is very childish and high school, there are click send groups, and everyone talks behind your back. Management has favorites and sticks with them. There's absolutely zero growth within the company, extremely high turnover due to lack of leadership and organization. The people who do work hard for the company get treated like dirt and then the people who don't really care get rewarded. I do not recommend this company to anybody as an employer and or as a property manager this company is exactly what is wrong with the industry and why so many people are frustrated.

It is a very friendly place, everyone is ready and willing to help anyone out with anything and at any time. 
It has a family feel to it all the staff are great. 

The management understands that you do have a life outside of work and that family is a priority. 

Great bonus is cake day once a month!! 

They really do treat their employees well.  

They take their time with you and make sure you fully understand your work before just throwing you into it. 

Managers don’t look down on you or speak to you as if you are beneath them, everyone is treated fairly.

This establishment definitely needs to enhance communication skill & provide more adequate training. I lucked out having some experience prior (and common sense), I would recommend this job to someone with cleaning/repair knowledge, and has the ability/doesn’t mind chasing down details on each job (very little information if you’re lucky). They have great benefits, and a cake day which is awesome. Everyone is nice there (from my experience and time there at least, can vary on the person). I wish there were more advancement opportunities, company vehicles/equipment, & better pay.

I Started at Apollo Dec, 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager. The team is fun, easy going and professional at the same time. The environment is great, with flexible hours and great management team. Pay is OK considering I have no experience in property management and still under training. I have a great manager as he takes the time to show me what needs to be done and how.
Entire company is on holiday between Christmas and new year, who would complain about that.

Friendly staff and excellent culture

Great opportunity to learn and develop in your field (accounting, property management, etc)

Reward employees hard work and promote from within. 

Great work/life balance ; summer hours, vacation, understanding of family events.

Lots of fun events to show employee appreciation ; bbq's, cake days, staff parties, sporting events.

Overall, Apollo has been an amazing place to work for the past several years and have no complaints!

This place is a revolving door, especially on the service side. Don't expect to be treated with respect, management especially, will say whatever they need to get what they want. Property managers are treated as though they can do no wrong, and the service "team" pays the price. Don't expect HR to provide any support, they just run cover for managers. 

Management is terrible, will yell at you on site in front of residents over issues you have no control over. Pay was very little compared to what other companies offer in the field. 

Head office is a very clique like at atmosphere. If you are new you are definitely going to feel awkward. Overall just a very bad experience.

Before taking this job I was skeptical about the reviews, however my experience has been the exact opposite. The Management is amazing and they really ensure that have all of the knowledge you need to complete your work. I have had many different jobs in the past and this is by far the best. Highly recommend any position.
