This company has gone through many changes. Some good, most bad. Upper management seems to have lost sight of their market. They are stuck on selling obsolete options and it doesn't look like they are working to update anything. The employee turn over is extremely high. The staff that worked the hardest or were the most skilled have long left this company. What's left is a skeleton crew that is over worked and are constantly changing hats to keep things afloat. 

The CEO is awful!  She makes decisions on emotion and has no empathy for her staff.  No vision from the CEO other than to drive the company into the ground in my opinion.  They just dissolved half of the company and sold off it's assets to Beanfield while laying off all the staff.

Overall the environment is great and fosters a positive spirit with coworkers. Every month there are activities and social events to participate in and win prizes.

I enjoy working at Aptum because I get to learn new technologies and also it feels very satisfying to resolve customer technical issues on a daily basis and surpass every time customer expectation.

Company has been acquired by an global investment firm in 2019. Many changes are happening, mostly negative to employees. Company is restructuring and downsizing, partially due to COVID-19, partially due to the acquisition.

Change is expected but should mostly be logical. Sometimes it seemed to be empire-building or change for change's sake. They have a good moral compass but sometimes not the best business sense.

The business understands that people are the key to customer engagement and tech advancement.  They value their employees with comprehensive benefits and fact-based feedback and advancement opportunities.  

Made good friends in my 12 years working there. Benefits were good, work schedule was also good. Pandemic created the company to reduce staff. I still keep in touch with my old colleauges. 

The company has been acquired 5 times in the last 10 years, it bring some challenges but also opens many opportunities. You eet new people all the time.

Growing company with strong investment. Experts in their field. Strong management Team in place. Roadmap to support new product introductions and a strong employee engagement.
