A typical day working could be doing a presentation od the products to a small group of people, with hands on, taking orders, scheduling next presentation, meeting new people, identifying specific needs on each customer, recomending ideal products for their specific needs, placing orders on-line and teaching customers to do it themselves to re-order, collection contact info. from customer in the company data base. 
The company also count with different options for trainning and product knowledge, making easy to grow on sales strategies, avoid allergies reactions, and transforming a sales business into a educational business, also gives me the confidence to be conscience clear regarding inviromental issues and side effects a short and long terms of some products ingridients. This is why I am proud to represent this brand, their products are really safe, pure and beneficial.
The team and leaders are humble, with great interpersonal skills. The hardest part of the job for me right now is transportation, but I love the products and what I do, they have a whole support sistem and strategy to promote the brand that I just can repeat, I am proud to be part of it. It has been an amazing opportunity to learn and grow in every single way.

Arbonne allows you to choose your own hours and work the business as hard as you'd like to, it fits in the nooks and crannies of your life and is easiest to work on a busier schedule, however can also be worked on a less eventful schedule as well. The different ways one can do this ranges from handing out product to test, to meeting with others for one-on-one's, to hosting spa parties, to going to large events like "Discover Arbonne" and "Car Parties". The people I work with, my team, are amazing and extremely positive and always pushing me out of my comfort zone, which i love. I've learned how to be my own boss and run my working life, I've also learned: interpersonal skills, advertising skills, sales skills, hosting skills, presentation skills, motivational speaking skills, time management skills, customer relation skills, how to build a clientele and a team and how to be a more positive person inside and outside of my job.

Arbonne is a culture of being in business for yourself, though not by yourself. 
There is no glass ceiling on earning potential. 
We are provided with the utmost state of the art tools and trainings to build my Independent Business.
I can work my business in any way I wish and around my life as it fits.
I get to help people internationally, and have as far as Australia, with providing business support. 

As well it excites me to be able,and do help my sister lines with any Professional tips and tricks that I have picked up within my career from previous industries I've been involved in.

I provide one on one consultations in which I lead with the business, while providing my Clients with answers and the correct solution for what they need. Also, while uncovering any unseen cause for said issues and or ones they didn't realize they knew correlated. 
I'm about honesty and integrity with my Clients. Its all about getting to know them. No 2 people are the same.
Mirroring my Clients and being in tune with their needs, not with what I think they need is the key to Arbonne.

Arbonne is a good company - but it has its hiccups: The company keeps announcing that they're expanding, and that the sales figures are up, but you will not find a raise attached to your position regardless of the amount of overtime you may be required to do or the results of your performance review. Bilingual personnel is not compensated for fulfilling their duties in two languages, which is standard within multiple industries. A big negative are the politics, which are near-omnipresent in daily work routine. On the plus side, the office policies are very laid back, so a formal dress code isn't required. The benefits are very average but you also get their elite products at a discounted price, which can be fantastic. Arbonne offers growth opportunities to its employees, as a result virtually no position can be considered a 'dead-end'. If you're looking for a company that will give you good transferable tools and experience look no further, just don't expect a large compensation.

I became an Independent Consultant with Arbonne since a bunch of my friends had been posting them on insta, I asked about it, and they said we should "hang out" but ended up being a presentation about Arbonne, and I clearly did NOT agree to this but it's fine, it was cute and I got to see my friends, I thought after that, it would be over, but nope, there were more, they made me talk to the district manager and they basically push you to join them and you pay so much to join them and sell their products which I find it's stupid!  They said that the products will sell itself and all I got to do is post on social media talking about the products, but it's not that sime, it feels forced when you sell it to people and it's not worth the time!

A work day is not typical, it is something part time that fits into every day of my life. Some days I am calling and scheduling meetings, appointments, events for myself. While other days I am at these meetings or events. I meet with prospects I have met at networking events, while out and about, or online. I am always working at this business, it is part of my life and wouldn't trade it for anything. The people I work with are some of the best people I will ever meet and I am grateful for that. The hardest part of the job is continuously making my uncomfort zone my new comfort zone. The best and most enjoyable part of the job (or my business) is to be able to give the gift of true transformation and see it perspire.

Whether or not you agree as to if its a pyramid scheme, it is an interesting business. Only participated for a little while but with school and other work it fell off my radar. If you are good are it you can become REALLY successful but it is a lot of work and a little bit of luck. You also have to be pretty pushy with it which is something that made me uncomfortable. Not for me but my friend has been very active in it for 3 years and loves it so very dependent on ones personality. All that aside, the products really are amazing and even though I am not actively selling them anymore, I still buy some staples products because of the quality.

I work with a team of men and women from all walks of life who create for them selves a second stream of income by educating and sharing products that are safe and beneficial.

The hardest part about the business is that people give up to easily and therefore the pay fluctuates. ( as your pay isn't solely based on your efforts )

The most enjoyable part of the job is watching people grow into amazing leaders through coaching

Arbonne sells a various line of cosmetics and sanitary products including anti-aging creams and body washes. one of the great things about working at Arbonne is you get to set your own hours and work your own schedule, and you learn fast that if you work hard it equals good pay.
management and co-workers don't have a lot of contact except for at monthly meetings, which can be lots of fun.

I sold Arbonne skin care products to the appropriate target number of people via group and personal presentations.
I demonstrated and recommended cosmetics and skin care products to meet client’s needs.
I have learned how to be more open and social and be able to talk to any age group make suggestions and assist clients to reach their personal goals.
Most enjoyable part of the job was being able to work from home and choosing your hours and days.
