Mississauga Branch just follows the orders from the headquarter without consideration of the needs of employees. I was informed at least 4 coworkers have left during the first half-year of 2022 in my warehouse department. The management department just wants to cost down everything. Only one person, our supervisor has been working in this company for over 1 year.
Be prepared to pick, pack and ship nearly 350 parcels by yourself and another shipper within 8 hours. The office always gives you rush orders nearly the pickup. You only have 20 minutes to pick, pack, and ship those rush orders. 
For receiving, most of the skids received are broken. Only an electric walkie is provided. Meanwhile, it is frequently used by other receivers since there are over 10 pickups and deliveries daily. You have to use the basic walkies most of the time.
They provide enough safety equipment, for example, gloves, safety shoes, and training like WHMIS steadily. Also, they sometimes provide free lunch, like pizzas and samosa. 
More and more coworkers come and quit.
As long as the senior management strictly follows the directions from the headquarter, I do not think that I and my colleagues will have a bright future in this company.


Management changed in recent years. The Canadian operation was once about the customer. Today it's about targets and quotas while customer retention suffers. Many customers are looking for other suppliers as many current employees are looking for a way out. 

Regional Managers are just puppets of corporate head office. Some don't stand behind their staff. It's increasingly becoming difficult to work here. While the long term care and acute care markets have a downturn due to government spending cuts, this company has the same growth expectation and is not adjusting to slower markets. Products are overpriced and quality is going down because of cost cutting measures. Company is cutting staff benefits to make up in lost sales etc. 

I can no longer support this company!

Arjohuntleigh, gives you the opportunity to represent the company as well as yourself. In the hospital health care industry, you need to be compassionate, caring but yet tough skinned. A smile and gentle tones can really make a daily difference. 
If you can put on a smile on someone's face when they feel they are at their worst, you have succeeded.

From the beginning the management was totally awesome and wonderful, but charges came as the years passed which brought in crazy useless and redundant extra “reports” and Bussiness models that were totally a waste of a lot of time that could have been spend doing our real work that earned real money for company and all employees

In general, it was a good place to work at. Salary and benefits were fair. Things went downhill when they bought another company and merged the 2 together. Then they moved to another location. Too many people, not enough space. Lots of people let go. Working conditions got worse.

I love what I do but the company itself needs to be more employee orientated. They have the Do more for less Attitude, and when we don't achieve required goals we get a low performance review.

Extremely disorganized and very self centered people in HR and management. There
is no response from HR, everyone hides behind their Indeed account. There is no communication and very poor management. People are being treated poorly here.

Very compatable Management, good technical support, and excellent employees.... if only I didn't have to push that 600 lb cart around to load test the ceiling lifts??

No respect for people, just collecting cash......the bottom line is the only thing that matters, and you're only as good as the guy that was just hired or quit.....

controlling management behavior, not friendly, no support, depressing  working environment.  Hays placed me here after redundancy and I had an awful experience with the agency.  Very rude, unfriendly people at that time.
