What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. It is a dirty,  unorganized and underpaid place to work. Demoralizing and stressful environment.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No amount of hard and dedicated work is ever appreciated.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unprofessional,  unorganized.  In all the years I work here i have never met the main bosses. Not once. They never leave the office. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I hate every moment I spend here. Every day is agony.

As a laborer we typically worked unsupervised with a set of tasks that had to be completed each day. Typically we'd start off with dumping Garbage in the mornings. We'd move on to cleaning the shop and bringing parts to the machinists. Our responsibility also included shipping out parts, unloading/loading trucks, organizing the yard and anti rust coating metal parts.

Management was horrible, was stuck shot peening while being lied to about being promoted onto a machine. Watched family members get hired and put on the machine. I would bend over backwards working hours and helping all over the shop. They hired an old friend and then boom let me go saying business was slow. Not a place if you want to be an apprentice machinist.

Not recommend work at armor
All racist guys working over there.
If you are not a friend with manager you will be out first no matter how good you are.
Not a good place to work.
Under friendly supervisors, foreman’s.
Treat unfair with everyone who are not the favourite group.
Owners knew but did nothing. 


A typical day is quite varied, from quoting measuring instruments/tools for the machinist, ordering inserts, researching inserts, ordering consumable items, restocking shelves and vending machine, searches for capital items, documenting machine repairs and maintenance.

Friendly place to work and everyone was willing to help each other out. Clean shop and organized, My part consist of planning loads and loading the truck. Calling customers and arrange pickups of products. Very fast pace.

No fun at all, never had any safety meeting there, all employees are expendable to the company.  All they want you to do is push the button, it's very hard to learn any new machining skill there.

Not a positive work environment. Not willing to share my experience as it was not a good one.  Work culture needs serious improvement from the top down.  Keep a log of your experiences but don't address management about your concerns. 

Dirty no one cares not enough forklifts  bad supervisors people arguing and fighting no schedule for truck deliveries no training disrespect no safety 

Lotta politics environment first two weeks u wd feel its no problem slowly u wd see there are people pull ur legs. Its kinds wolfs in sheep clothing situation there. Some people are very nice from heart but management is so currupted.
