ArrKann Trailer and RV

I have been at ArrKann for coming up to 11 years. I started in the Parts Department and worked my way through many roles to eventually a manager’s position. 

What I can say is that there isn't a day that I have dreaded coming to work. Why? Because ArrKann cares. It is refreshing working for a company that actually cares so much about their customers and their employees equally. All of the employees here care so much about the happiness of the customer and almost to a fault. Every company makes mistakes, why? Because there is a person representing the company. And people make mistakes. But I can tell you that the employees are the ones that take it the hardest on themselves for letting the customer down or a co-worker. We work long and hard hours during the summer months to provide the customer service that we believe our customers deserve. ArrKann offers a great work/life balance and when you’re not home with your family, then you’re at work with the ArrKann family.

We have meetings every week to communicate what we have done right and what we have done wrong. What can we improve and how can we improve it? Everyone's opinions matter. 

When we have time off, after the store is closed, we host mixers, once every 3 months to enjoy each other’s company in an environment that is not stressful. Get to know our co-workers on a personal level. We also have a summer company BBQ where our family's and kids are all welcome to join. We plan games and activities and the owner always hosts it at his house. We also have our annual Christmas Party at the end of the year which is always amazing! 

We also have committees formed. Safety committee to make sure everyone is safe. Value committee to recognize those that go above and beyond whether that be for fellow co-workers or our customers. We have a Christmas Party and Summer BBQ committee to plan those events and make sure they are successful. As well as the Keeping Kids Camping committee where we work with organizations to support initiatives that help children in our communities grow up strong and healthy.

I am a loyal person to a fault. When I work somewhere I love I stay there. Out of the few places I have worked, that ArrKann cares the most. I don’t think there are many companies out there that care that much now a days. 

We have the lowest turnover for our employee's in the industry. And I am proud of that! Most of us have actually developed long lasting friendships and hang out together outside of work and attend our children's functions and birthdays. If you are looking for a great place to work with a really healthy and fun team environment, this is the place. I whole heartily believe this.

I started working at Arrkann in the parts department as a summer job while in school, from there it turned into a great part time job while I was in school. 

Summer months keep a person super busy, with tasks varying day to day. Challenging at times, but I can promise you that you will have full support from every department to help you get the job done :)

ArrKann prides itself on their customer service and their customers truly recognize that. It is not very often that you will work for a company that will go to the extent ArrKann will for their customers and being apart of  a team like that allows a person to be able to be throughly proud of where they work!   

The culture within the company is the best part about the job. I would swear that the term "work family" was created because of Arrkann. Everyone is there to support each other, and getting to know each other as more than just so-workers is so easy to do. As hectic as the summer months get, there is always a moment for people to take a step back have a good laugh about whatever and enjoy the company of each other. Between the pot lucks and the mixers (a time for employee's to get together outside of work) there is always a chance for everyone to mingle and create great friendships. 

The management is great,  a person has the ability to work freely and of course always have the help when you need it. They are all very understanding and accommodating to what your needs may be.  

Overall my rating for Arrkann as an employer is fantastic. If you have the opportunity to work there, take it! To ArrKann you are more than just an employee.

I quit my full-time permanent position to work for them and after 3 weeks they decided to let me go.  After the 1st week of working their one of the girls in a certain dept. gave her notice they had no one to train me in that dept...then they put me in another dept. then they realized how busy they were getting so they let me go.  In that 3 weeks they never mentioned that their was an issue or anything. Came to work on a Monday the whole day, then they made some excuse and told me they had to let me go...but they gave me a reference. They should have talked to me and told me if their was actually a problem.  Their was obviously things going on at this company,  lack of communication for sure. Never quit your full time job to work for this company-they will screw you over like they did to me.

I worked for Arrkann for several summers as a summer student, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working there. Arrkann was very flexible in various aspects; such as allowing me to learn different roles in different departments, and allowing me to take time off as needed. I also found Arrkann one of the most inclusive work environments I've worked in. Although its been years since I've worked there, I still keep in touch with my prior Arrkann colleagues;  but with that being said Arrkann staff always maintain professionalism when working with their clients, and they take pride in the work they do. The only reason I left Arrkann was to pursue working in a field I was studying to work in; I would recommend working at Arrkann.

Management always the last ones in and the first ones out.  No training and they constantly hire inexperienced "help" during the busy season and you have no time to train them as you will fall behind on your daily work.  Management provides no support as they have no clue what you actually do in a day.  Let long time employees leave so they don't have to give them raises.  Replace with low paid incompetent losers.

This is such a fun company to work for. The managers are great and hard working but also know how to make the long  days fun. They are always pushing for you to learn new things and make sure that you are keeping a good life and work balance.

Awesome company to work for - plenty of opportunity to develop and earn money.  Management has good vision and goals.  Fun environment and great to work with customers.

Once you look like you are always working so hard and then they tell you to change tasks and then they said you are a cashier what are you even thinking about when you applied to see the tree big kind
