For the first week i was reading manuals on how the backup software worked and although it was tedious i learned a lot. The next two weeks i spent creating files and trying to corrupt the system by trying to find flaws in the functionality, not what i want to do for the rest of my life but an experience i am grateful to have gotten.

The work place is providing snap and coffee. Boss is a very nice guy but the management is kind of miss controlled. People working hard to try to have things done but really not doing the right thing with the right way.

Product is outdated and needs to be redesigned.   Owners are traditional in the way work is done.   Lots of different cultures.   Ownership controls everything.

nicely developed software solution but everything else is way behind the time (Internal processes, HR, office space  etc). Just recently starting to change a bit. Hope it will pick up the speed.

Exciting environment on the cusp of technological advancement. Challenge to maintain market position with the larger players within the industry (i.e.. Veeam)
