everyday was 7am-5pm
spent the day answering phone/conducting QC's and PO's/weighing in on site meetings and prepping meeting notes/concrete take-off exercises/communicated with head-office constantly and dealt with emails directed to the Site/assisted the Site Superintendent in anything and everything they asked of myself
management was very informative and answered any and all questions i had for them.
considering I was only 20 years old at the time, the hardest part of the job was waking up really early to be at work on time. otherwise, after learning of all my said duties there were no complications or hardships with my job. it was meant to be a learning experience, and it certainly was above all else.

My usual day would start off in the office where I would check in with the site supervisor to see if there was anything I can help him out with personally. From there I would work with different trades through out the work site to get a feel of what each trade had to offer and to see what each worker had to get done. The site super was friendly as well as the foremans. Workplace culture was amazing, everyone was very open and expressed themselves freely and communicated well to get work done in sync. The hardest part of the job for me personally was working outdoors in the cold. The most enjoyable part would be working with so many different types of people.

Worked as a trade with this company for several years and received an opportunity after leaving my trade to join the company.  Would go back to working with them without hesitation.  Unfortunately, work shortage due to the current economy was why I had to leave.

Great people to work with and a fast pace environment. I enjoy going to work and putting my hours in. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. This was also a great place to learn new techniques and skills with tradesmen of all skill levels.

everyone i worked with was very frendly and got along . Management was always supposrtive in any problems that you may face . It really does feel like a family once you start working with that company .

Aspen Ridge has been a great working environment. Employees are very friendly and benefits are great. I appreciate the company’s focus on well-being and its efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace.

Kind people, fast paced work environment, greeting customers is enjoyable  and  giving  them basic information, salary is good for students, not recommended for people who are looking for a permanent job with better  payment.

Large company with a lot going on.  VERY corporate vibe.  A lot of inflated egos on the Sr. Management level. Good place to work if all you want to do is work, make money, go home.
